The song I'm playing is from 2016 by an artist called flamingosis flight of the flamingo. I was recieved permission to use this song in my intro by the artist that created the song. This content ID claim falsely claims stolen content from flamingosis and attributes it to the stolen background track to Joy L Music - Free! which came out 2 years after the flamingosis song of his personally created material. Joy J music and tunecore have no claim to the materials in the video and are falsely claiming ownership of content they do not have the legal copyright to. the Flamingisos track as been publicly posted for free and fair use and Joy L music is abusing the copyright system.
