KRG is run by a half-dead admin and another admin brought on to do the work the first is too mentally damaged to do. Half the mods on the team were recurited when the coup happened to replenish their numbers. Another third of the team just sits around doing absolutely nothing even when not hiding behind the stressed out role. Mods have been brought on that are complete children and argue at a fifth-graders level, leaving the team: comprised mostly of 16 year olds, bickering about useless arguments. Some of the people on the team literally have done nothing useful in weeks or months. What's left of the 'old guard' are not any older than the rest of the team and just shout to keep working on patchworks of code that haven't even been cleaned up. Almost nothing in-game has been done, despite the team trying to build evidence to the contrary. It's a sad reality, most of the mods are young and prone to leaving the server in frustration over their ideas or their tone. My favorite example is Shiroe. He's like what, 15? He acts like he's 34 and jaded with the world, it's hilarious. But at least Shiroe can stand behind his work, even if he is a dick about it. There are others who will cry and scream as soon as the quality or accuracy of their work is questioned or discussed (looking at you, Silver). But at LEAST Silver actually does work (here's to you, majority of devs). Since the coup Chroma has been in a coma-like state and has left the day to day running to Muu. The amount of pointless bickering and childlike actions of most of the team truly show that they will never get together and finish this mod.

UPDATE (16th of Feb)

You've seen it here first guys. Chroma has stepped down and who's replacing them? Carmain. I guess. If this seems radical and crazy, it's because it is. It's been a shitshow in dev chat, people are furious at Chroma, they want her gone (and I guess they've succeeded with that). Flizzy and Chroma have this weird sort of blood feud since the coup I guess and it's just led to more drama and drama. At this point almost all of the WK2 Lore posted on Reddit is out of date, but nothing has come in to replace it. I have very little faith that this patchwork team will come together to make any meaningful progress.

Update: 18th of Feb

So very slowly things are changing with new leads and some people being kicked out. James the head writer for a while got shafted on returning since everyone thinks he's egotistical (apparently). Also Chroma is a guy, which I'm sure nobody is surprised by. More updates won't be coming as I've made my exit on the server. But congrats to this dumpster fire.
