Hi I can understand your frustration,

let's simmer down and I'll help you get back on your feet and to whatever OS you want (I'll assume windows).

just a quick asside : there is an ubuntu solution to all the problems you listed but I guess as of now you just want to get back to windows. (also with a lot of steps back and much time you'll come to see your calling ubuntu a virus as very ironic)

So let's make a windows start disk : http://ppa.launchpad.net/nilarimogard/webupd8/ubuntu/pool/main/w/woeusb/woeusb_3.3.0-1~webupd8~bionic0_amd64.deb (run this file, from Downloads folder or if you're using chrome you can just click on the icon where the file is downloading (you'll have to press on "keep" first))

allow Ubuntu Software center to open and it will be asking you if you really want to install WoeUSB (you do) click "install"

hit the start key on your keyboard and type "wo" and run the "WoeUSB" icon app that shows up, you'll get this :

if your windows 10 iso is already downloaded
