  1. Dalek Empire
  2.
  3. 1.Routinely invade/destroy planetary and interstellar civilizations, feared throughout the universe wherever their name is remembered.
  4.
  5. 2.Once attempted to destroy the entire multiverse, in an elaborate centuries-long plot involving what was essentially an artificial solar system. This failed, their systems hacked by a Time Lord/human genius.
  6.
  7. 3.Individual Daleks have personal armour and energy weapons, can easily defeat modern humans, and even survive in space. However, they can be killed using advanced, future weapons.
  8. -They have also exhibited the ability to hack advanced human systems - not merely as a race, but individually.
  9.
  10. 4.Can and do time travel, but do not do so routinely to solve all their problems.
  11.
  12. 5.Can use "nanoclouds" to convert humanoid, and possibly non-humanoid, species into loyal hybrid.
  13.
  14. 6.Have both defeated and been defeated by the Time Lords, suggesting roughly equal levels of power. Technically, in every instance where heroes were present, they lost; while on those rare occasions of "offscreen" warfare, they won.
  15.
  16. 7.Return to full strength again and again, even when supposedly wiped out through some advanced weapon.
  17.
  18. Nemesis: the Time Lords.
  19.
  20. An ancient race, immensely long-lived and capable of returning fro what lesser species would call "death". Advanced technology capable of bending spacetime; semi-routinely timetravel to solve problems or observe historical events. Somewhat decadent, and refuse to intervene in the affairs of "lesser" species. Possess a few unique, near-mythical superweapons that can destroy planets and star systems, some retroactively. (Note that the Doctor is a subset of the Time Lords, and as a hero will intervene to save others despite official disapproval, using luck and ingenuity to destroy seemingly perfect plans.)
