Apple = assholes

September 27, 2017, I got an email from Alan Malcolm, Apple iCloud Mail Abuse Operations.

Yep, just that, and his automatic mail signature. Just like I was some dog you say "Go get it!".

So, I responded:

Response:

Me:

On september 28, I got an abuse notice from my hoster about it, saying they got this message:

What an asshole! Alan Malcolm didn't acknowledge his rudeness, didn't apologize and contacted the hoster.

Some basic human relationship advice, Alan: don't be a jerk, use politeness formulas when you write to people you don't know and apologize when you act like a douchebag.
