- (Free Racial) Heightened Senses: passive; The harsh jungles on their homeland require non-predators to always be on guard. You have +1 to all perception-based rolls (e.g. spotting, searching, listening, etc.)
- (Racial) Unspeakable Rites: once per session; The timeless knowledge passed down to you allows you to converse with the voices of voodoo and even bargain with them. This ritual has a base DC5, and you may increase the DC by any number you desire. For each value you increase this by, select one of your skills or a specific action. Its DC is lowered by 1 for the remainder of the session, and Skills/Actions can only be chosen once to gain this effect. You can also choose to do other mystical effects with this ritual, however these things will require not only higher DCs but an offering of some kind as well. These effects will require DM discretion.
- (Free Multiclass) Merge: passive; Instead of summoning other beings, you call the magic into your own body. All your skills that would summon a minion instead apply all the skills, effects, and half the hits/wounds the minion would have had, rounded up, to you. Merged minions still count to the limit of minions you can have total, and you can only be affected by one ‘minion’ at a time; if you are already merged, any further summoned minions are summoned as normal. You also gain the Conjure Minion skill for free with this skill.
- (Class) Conjure Minion: recharge 1, spell; Conjure up a small minion with 3/3 health and a random boost depending on the roll (Even: +1 to actions. Odd: DC-1 to actions. Crit, gain both effects). Lasts until combat is over.
- (Class) Summon Esper: recharge 3, spell; A master summoner can summon a specific creature, or even create their own. Call forth a minion that has 5 hits, 5 wounds, 2 racials of your choice, and 1 skill from a class that are not shared with yourself or a party member (If every class is represented in the party, then the Esper gets 3 racials). The Esper cannot take any minion skills, and cannot take multiclass skills.

- A collection of small obsidian grotesques, each a different creature, some even strange chimeras of two or three creatures, all strung along a thickly woven string and tucked away in a secret pocket of M's suit. [catalyst]
- Traits:
- Mbegu is a shapeshifting shaman who derives his power from a strange artifact, presumed to be demonic in origin and given to him by a mysterious old man at the crossroads when he was but a colt. The artifact is a chain of different creatures he can summon into his own flesh, nightmarishly transforming his body and greatly increasing his strength and abilities.
- Appearance:
- M is white with black stripes, or maybe black with white stripes. He wears a white suit and black duster, which have both seen better days. His face is gaunt and serious, and there is ever so slightly a resemblance to a skull pattern on his face. His mane is thin and slicked tightly to his skin. He does not like to draw attention to himself, nor to fight if he can avoid it. When he speaks it is in a halting manner, as if he continually has to keep himself from saying the wrong thing. He will often cut himself off in the middle of an incomplete thought. He is prone to inappropriate giggle fits.
