  1. Racial Restriction
  2. Only orcs and half-orcs can follow the Eye of Gruumsh primal path. Gruumsh will only grant his divine fury to his descendants. Your DM can lift this restriction to better suit your campaign; a different god may give this same power to their followers, Gruumsh might feel your non-orcish character has done enough to gain his favor, or some other similar circumstance.
  3. One-Eyed
  4. When you choose this primal path, at 3rd level, you must sacrifice one of your eyes to Gruumsh. You can do so as a 10-minute ritual, in which you rip out your eyeball and divine fire closes the wound shut.
  5. When you have your eye ripped out like this, you have disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks and ranged attack rolls further than 30 feet. If you regain your removed eye, such as from the regenerate spell, you cannot make use of features from this primal path until you remove it again.
  6. War Shaman
  7. Starting at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in Religion if you did not have it already, and when making an Intelligence (Religion) check made to recall information relating to Gruumsh, your proficiency bonus is doubled for that check.
  8. Also, when you enter a rage, you also cast the spiritual weapon spell as part of the same bonus action. You add your Rage damage bonus to the melee spell attacks made using this spell while you are raging, and you use your Wisdom for your spellcasting ability. The spell does not last for it's normal duration, however; the spell ends when your rage does.
  9. Soothsayer
  10. At 6th level, you can cast the augury spell, but only as a ritual. If you offer a Small or larger corpse of a beast or humanoid as one of the material components for this spell, you do not suffer from the random reading chance of casting this spell more than once before a long rest, and then that specific corpse cannot be used in this way again.
  11. Battle Cry
  12. Beginning at 10th level, you can channel divine fury through any number of creatures of your choice within 30 feet of yourself, as an action. Until the start of your next turn, each of those creatures has advantage on attack rolls until the start of your next turn.
  13. After using this feature, you must take a long rest before doing so, again.
  14. Gruumsh's Fury
  15. By 14th level, you can channel the anger of Gruumsh through your weapon. When you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you can choose for that attack to deal an extra 8d8 damage.
  16. After using this feature, you must take a long rest before doing so, again. If you used this feature on an elf, then you must take a short or long rest before doing so, again.
