1. Riot Games is a game developer. Riot Games is a very famous American company. They only have one product, but is immensely expanding to millions of consumers. This product they have created is called League of Legends, commonly abbreviated to "LoL" and is a computer game. League of Legends was released on October 29, 2009. Riot Games headquarters is located in Santa Monica, California, USA, which was founded in the year 2006. Riot Games obtained $20 million in capita firms to create the game. The main customers of Riot Games are mainly male teens to adults, aging from 14-25 to have fun playing a video game. The number of employees Riot Games have are only 66 . They have also hired some Blizzard employees to help develop their game. Riot Games has very many job openings because there is only 66 employees, and their product is expanding to millions of numbers of customers and they are struggling to make the game bigger for more consumers.

2. Riot Games provides jobs towards our local community because there are currently many open jobs at Riot Games, such as artwork, audio, development, business development, corporate, customer services, design, game engineering, and many more. Also Riot Games provides gaming entertainment towards the online gaming community. Their product League of Legends provides hours of online "Player vs. Player" experience.


3.Since Riot Games Inc. Has 90 game developers and publishers. Their main obstacles will be to satisfying gamers, and customers because games are a want, and not really a need , they need to try harder to please their customers, compared to a clothing store or a restaurant. Their most threatening competition are developers and publishers of the same genre of game, which are MOBA-games. Mainly their current two rivals are DoTA2 and HoN, future games that are coming out. New technology they may contemplate include better, more advanced graphics and satisfy different users, on a wide scale of computers. Though Riot Games is a small company, their userbase is growing rapidly, it is surpassing them because of this they require more skilled workers and employees to help develop the game.
