  1. Somewhere between the fine lines of shadow and material being, the manor rested. Belonging to one of the twelve that rose to glory through infection and blood, the Harlequin known as Key departed from this world leaving behind her corporeal belongings. Bestowed on her surviving Harlette, the Mistress of the Manor allowed him to thrive in her stead in order to have home and safekeeping from the cruel justices of the world. Stretched across an infinite spans, the home of the newly risen has been warped and bent to the point it constantly shifts and conforms to their comfort and whims, having been prior physical stone, marble and the necessities of laborious construction. It’s change caused by the dramatic effect of pushing it beyond the veil, and allowing the plane of shadows to manipulate it’s structure.
  2.
  3. A conjured doorway can lead into it’s main hall, yet only the Harlequin and their Harlettes have the ability to gain entrance let alone permission into it’s vast darkly construct. It is a place of untold memories, copies of The Book of Jesters deposited haphazardly along library shelves while portraits containing maddening and haunting guises from the past lined the walls. The house pays homage to the shadow of Meme’s brother in it’s residence, and Meme herself as a place that harbors her children of descent. This is a house holding tragedy, violence, and darkness as it’s furnishings, and a perpetual horror as it’s door. It is the home of the Harlequins.
