New Wii U Gamepad?

Is a recent Kotaku article (http://kotaku.com/is-this-a-new-wii-u-gamepad-i-honestly-dont-know-1671135159/all) the author speculates about a new gamepad for the Wii U. From most shots (like 0:23) in the video, nothing seems unusual. It looks just like the Gamepad that we know and love.

But the blurred out shot at the start? That's interesting. The biggest clue to me that something is off is the width between the top of the screen and the top of the pad. It's way too small. Normally this is a place for the camera and mini-sensor bar. It's almost as if it's gone.

As for the width ratio, the blurred pad is about 327px screen to about 500px pad.
The image below is 271px screen to about 500px pad. The screen is a higher ratio in comparison to the known pad.

The shape is also off too. It seems more rounded on the edges.

The whole design strikes me as something familiar. You know what it looks like to me?
