Charizard X Speed/Carbos Thresholds

Depending on whether you pick up the Warden Candy or do Minion Strats, your Speed EVs will vary when you level up to L57 on the Champion. Speed only matters on the Alakazam, and also possibly on the Exeggutor if you used Sunny Day to take damage from Blastoise. This dictates whether you get a second X Speed in Celadon for the Champ, or pick up the Carbos in Cinnabar Mansion.

If you did NOT pick up the Warden Candy, you level up after Lance.
If you picked up the Warden Candy, you level up after Rhydon (and thus have 3 more Speed EVs from the Pidgeot on level up)
If you fought Minion (Liam) you get 3 less Speed EVs.

So the scenarios are as follows:

1. No Minion, No Warden Candy --> 74 EVs
2. No Minion, Warden Candy -----> 71 EVs
3. Minion, No Warden Candy -----> 71 EVs
4. Minion, Warden Candy --------> 68 EVs

For the following IVs + scenarios, pick up/grab the following ADDITIONAL thing (always buy 1 X Speed in Celadon):

NOTE that if you did not use an X Speed and the Sun is still on on Exeggutor, you will at best tie it except for situations marked with an asterisk above, so always heal first turn on it if you can't tank an Egg Bomb.

Scanario 4 for 31 IV speed ties Eggs in the sun; consider grabbing Carbos anyway.

IN ADDITION (since I'm a moron and didn't realize this before), Agatha's Gengar can outspeed you in certain situations without X Speed. Thus, do the following for each of the Speed IVs (includes with minion strats, unless otherwise noted) in lieu of using an X Speed (this ignores the Champ stuff btw):

25 IV: Must grab Carbos and Warden Candy
26 IV: Must grab Warden Candy, no Carbos
27 IV: Must grab Warden Candy, no Carbos
28 IV: Can skip Warden Candy if desired. If you skip, you must grab the Carbos (don't get Carbos if you got Candy)
	If on Minion strats, you must grab the Warden Candy, but can skip Carbos
29 IV: Can skip Warden Candy if desired. If you skip, you must grab the Carbos (don't get Carbos if you got Candy)
30 IV: Can skip Warden Candy if desired. If you skip, you must grab the Carbos (don't get Carbos if you got Candy)
31 IV: Can skip Warden Candy if desired. Do not need the Carbos at all

COMBINING CHAMP AND AGATHA SCENARIOS:

25 IV: Buy 2 X Speeds, pick up Warden Candy and Carbos
26 IV: Buy 2 X Speeds, pick up Warden Candy and Carbos
27 IV: Buy 2 X Speeds and pick up Warden Candy
28 IV: If on Minion Strats, buy 2 X Speeds and pick up Warden Candy. If not on Minion strats, you must grab the Carbos, and the Candy is optional.
29 IV: Pick up the Carbos; the Candy is optional
30 IV: Pick up the Carbos; the Candy is optional
31 IV: Candy is optional. If on Minion strats and grabbed the Warden Candy, Carbos is recommended in case of Exeggutor in the sun.
