  62. Type of Team:
  63.
  64. This team revolves around unaware Pyukumuku, Setup Incineroar and Magic Bounce Xatu. The idea is setup hazards early with Froslass, potentially crippling big threats with WOW. Taunt and Xatu can be used to prevent opposing hazards. Pyu is designed to take on shell smash mons, SD Incineroar, Rhydon and emboar; nasty plot magius and houndoom and cm delphox. Pivoting between vilaplum SpDef wall and Pyu mix wall (mostly PhysDef) to gain momentum. After getting up hazards, wearing the opponent down and gaining pivot momentum the idea is to get in Xatu or Incineroar and start setting up. Roost, CM Xatu is really nice because nobody expects this mon to have air slash or to start boosting. SD Incineroar is the main sleeper and is a hard counter to magius which is a big threat.
  65.
  66. Threats:
  67.
  68. This team is very well balanced and the only consistent threats are specs Houndoom, LO Emboar and Z magius. MUST keep pyu and vileplume healthy for these matchups. Protect on Pyu is a must to take care of these mons. The only threatening walls are Steelix and Xatu. Soak+Toxic takes care of Steelix and Incineroar takes care of Xatu. The only mon I've come across that has the potential to single handedly beat this team is shed skin Scraft. Your opponent will need a few turns to setup so if your prepared properly then you can easily prevent the 6-0 sweep. +2 flare blitz can deal with this threat or a combination of hazards/status/luck. Roar Steelix is good to keep around to force this mon out to cause more hazard damage and allow Incineroar to setup. As far as utility mons go Whimsicott can be very threatening with sub+seeds and encore. Xatu is the best way to deal with Whimsicott but vileplume can also deal. If both of these mons die then Whim can seriously cripple the team.
  69.
  70. How To Play:
  71.
  72. 1) Pyukumuku: PhysDef wall and SpDef wall (if necessary). Relies on unaware to stay alive and toxic mons to wear them down and soak to remove STAB. Removing STAB on Emboar, Houndoom and Magius is very beneficial. Protect/recover to gain extra recovery on big threats.
  73.
  74. Switches in on - Ambipom, Barbaracle, Braviary, Delphox, Emboar (Watch out for band), Hitmons, Houndoom (watchout for specs specs), Malamar, Minior, Mismagius (watch out for specs/z-move), omastar, Rhydon, Slowbro/king, Steelix, Toxicroak, Typhlosion, Vanillux (unless freeze-dry), Gallade, Klingklang, Tauros, Samurott, Medicham (watch out for Band), Clawitzer
  75. Checks - Specs/z-move Magius, Specs houdoom, band emboar, LO Clawitzer
  76. Beaten by - Whimsicott, Xatu, Setup+Mold Breaker Sawk, Rotom-grass, Virizion, Vikavolt
  77.
  78. 2) Xatu: Setup mon that helps prevent hazards and forces mind games against experiences opponents. Wants to come in late game after removing threats like scarf emboar, magius, houndoom. Setup with calm mind to take opponents off-guard and start getting kills. Air slash is never ran so this is good to keep in the back for late game. Because we don't have bulk and our item can be knocked off we need to be cautious of knock off.
  79.
  80. Switches in on - Sawk, Gallade, Whimsicott, Medicham, Toxicroak (watch out for sucker), Slowbro/king, Scyther, Shuckle, Hitmons (watch out for knock, Golbat, garbador
  81. Checks - Accelgor, Delphox (before setup), Virizion, Hariyama (guts)
  82. Beaten by - Sneasel, Scraft, Rotom, Omastar, Mismagius, Incineroar, scarf Emboar, Malamar, Jellicent, Barbaracle
  83.
  84. 3) Incineroar: Primary Sweeper! Natural bulk allows this mon to take a few hits. flame charge gives boosted speeds. Outspeeds most of the meta at +2 spe. Needs +3 spe for scarf mons that have 100 base speed or higher. SD along with inciniumZ makes this mon a ridiculous threat! blaze with flare blitz can help knock yourself into blaze due to recoil. Once in blaze at +2 Att you will OHKO everything in the meta that doesn't resist. Use of hazards and gaining momentum by switching vileplume/pyu will put you in position to setup with this mon. Can take any unboosted hit that isn't super effective. fire/dark is really good typing in this meta as only Rhydon and houndoom can wall you once your setup.
  85. Switches In on - Mismagius (before setup), Houndoom (if you must), Froslass, Cryogonal, Vanillux, Sigilyph, Typhlosion, Sneasel (watch for low kick), Vileplume, Delphos
  86. Checks - Slowbro/king, Sneasel (choiced), Steelix, Sceptile, Jellicent, Audino, Druddigon, Garbedor
  87. Beaten by - Nothing if your +2 Att / +1 or +2 Spe, Clawitzer, Cinccino, Dodrio, Minior, Omastar, Seismitoad, Gallade, Hariyama, Medicham, Sawk
  88.
  89. 4) Vileplume: Primary SpDef wall used to gain switching momentum, toxic mons and deal damage with natural 110 base SpAtt. This mon is good huge threats like steelix, Rhydon and weakened slowbro/slowking. Can deal with Whimsicott with OHKO sludge bomb and walls massive threat of clawitzer. Can be used to wall choice locked Emboar and Houndoom depending on move choice. Be cautious of Psyshock as this can OHKO after rocks sometimes. Psychic won't do nearly as much unless boosted. Vileplume and xatu are the best ways to take care of Virizion. Vileplume is better because stone edge can't kill. +2 Att Virizion can still deal massive damage so be careful!
  90.
  91. Switches In On - Aromatisse, Audino, Whim, Sceptile, Clawitzer, Hitmons, Jellicent, Rhydon, Rotoms, Seismitoed, Vikavolt, Samurott, Virizion, Vaporeon, Steelix, mismagius
  92. Checks - Toxicroak, Aurorus, Claydol, Druddigon, Special Omastar
  93. Beaten by - Gallade, Medicham, Vivillon, Xatu, Uxie, Vanillux, Sneasel, Sigilyph, Scyther, Minior, Malamar, Golbat, Emboar, Delphos, Braviary
  94.
  95.
  96. 5) Froslass: Has a very simple set of jobs. setup spikes, prevent hazards with taunt, cripple big physical threats with WOW and slow down fast mons with icy wind. Can use wide lens with max HP so WOW and icy wind don't miss or sash and max SpAtt so guarantee you live and icy wind does more damage but you may miss attacks.
  97.
  98. Switches In On - Mons that want to rapid spin, Cryogonal, Vanillux, used as a sack
  99. Checks - Nothing really, Can slow down fast mons for another mon to beat afterwards; typhlosion, vanillux, Sawk, Accelgor, Delphox, Golbat, Mismagius
  100. Beaten By - A lot
  101.
  102. 6) Steelix: This is the primary PhysDef wall on the team. Rocky helmet is critical to wear down down threatening mons like emboar/ambipom/malamar/dodrio and bulky mons like hitmontop/scrafty. Main purposes is to get up rocks and toxic bulky threats. Can be used to force out setup mons with roar.
  103.
  104. Switches In On - Dodrio, Ambipom, Cinccino, Claydol, Cryogonal, Druddigon, Hitmons (for residual damage), Malamar (for residual damage), Rhydon, Scyther, Braviary, Sneasel, Klingklang, Minior, Sandslash, Uxie (toxic), tauros
  105. Checks - Aurorus, Delphos (with sturdy), Emboar, Omastar, +2 Sandslash, Typhlosion (with sturdy), Samurott (residual damage)
  106. Beaten By - Hariyama, Sawk, Vilkeplume, Whimsicott, Vaporeon, Vanillux, Typhlosion, Slowbro/king, Sceptile, Rotom-Mow, Mismagius, Jellicent, Houndoom, Delphox
