As a general rule of thumb, don't expect these prices to be fixed. These are the
average trade prices for each piece that I've seen over the years, and many
trades have occurred very far away from the minimum and maximum values displayed.
Values highly depend on the nature of the seller and buyer, so if you plan to buy
a certain piece, I would recommend stocking up on rare items, such as other 3a,
dragon items, DFS/Visage, MTA items and ranger boots to provide a diverse
selection to any particular potential seller.
