Club Penguin Re-Generated believes that privacy is a fundamental right of everyone. It is our promise to protect your data no matter what. For information regarding Club Penguin Re-Generated and its entities, please ask a staff member.

I. How we store the information we collect

In our register, we process a parent's email address, a child's online username, and a child's password to the account. We collect this information so the child can take part and use their account to play in our virtual world, play "mini games", and view content. We collect the email to notify the parent about our privacy practices, to send the parent communications about the parent's and the child's accounts, or features inside our website, to send the parent periodic newsletters if anything is needed to be sent. We take measures to make sure that the children can not send personal information. We are not responsible for the information that the child chooses to send through that chat function. We take measures such as live moderation so that users cannot communicate personal information through chatting. We use Cookies on our website to store user's preferences, such as a saved login to their penguin. You can choose to have your computer warn you every time a cookie is being sent, or you can turn off all cookies. You can do this through your browser settings. However, if you turn off these cookies you won't have access to features that make your experience smoother, and some things might not function properly.

II.  How we process and store the information we collect

We store all user information collected via a database which only a select amount have access to (Developmental Team). Further disclosure of information storage methods are not disclosed to protect our users. By signing up for Club Penguin Re-Generated, you agree that all information (exclusion of your account identification for login) you disclose to us for the sole purpose of maintaining your account is allowed to be accessible by the Developmental Team. You acknowledge that this information can be used to access other systems within Club Penguin Re-Generated (Account, Development). We will never ship your data anywhere else, and we only process it exclusively through our systems.


III. Security

The security of your personal information is very important to the CPRG team. We have allocated proper management of your information. We encrypt information so that the information in question is intact and inaccessible to unauthorized individuals.
