Well we were doing this interview yesterday when I had to go and play 2 Quake Live TDM games, and then afterwards the game to take us through to the playoffs in the Q3 CPM NationCup, which I wouldn't have practiced for. At the start it was all just a bit of fun for us, but once we all got onto the server to face Poland, we suddenly had a desire to take it seriously and make sure we got through, we even subbed out one of our players for another guy in the first map, as we felt he'd play a certain position better. Something we'd not bothered to consider until that game as we all just wanted to play for old time’s sake. There's no money involved, but it was certainly the same feeling I had during the last couple of minutes of our QL ENC game where we would unfortunately go on to lose by a single frag. Let's just say that if we embarrass ourselves in CPM, we're in for a whole lot of hate on the different community sites and our pickup channel, #cpmpickup, - and so for that reason, we'll do our best to try and make the finals and perhaps get in a practice game before our next official, but Sweden are beasts so our chances of winning are still slim.
