  2. An example of a closed system could be a call centre in which each phone operator is responsible for the client and is responsible for aiding them to choose the right insurance policy or help them in any other way. In contrast to this an open system for a call centre may involve managers and senior members of staff. For example an open system may be a manager being responsible for all of their client’s personal information, the information and behaviour of their employees as well as being responsible for each of their employees.
