I do like the idea of that even in hell, there weird and unbelievable thing that make you ask "ok, what? how's that possible?!"

Oh now that does sound interesting, odd, unearthly occurrences so strange not even those residing in hell expect to see them, much less believe those who do.
Especially considering how there's literally a family of eldritch beings living in hell at that (though to be fair they do seem to mostly keep themselves rather less... 'your brain begins to literally melt if you look at them' unnatural, than just kind of... squidy.)

Hmmm... Good question. I don't recall seeing any other transparent sinners/demons, and that one is one of the more animalistic of the norm, so there is a chance that it could actually be a literal ghost in hell

Especially considering hell's own arcane energies. Now you're not only dealing with an, if not outright evil, probably violent to some degree ghost, who can be of sinner, native demon, or maybe even some other, even more unnatural origin, that will most likely always have the energy to manifest itself in total at any time it wants unlike their earthly counterparts

Huh, interesting idea: Do you think Bloody Mary actually might be some kind of demon/sinner, or some other hell creature that managed to get herself connected to earth with such a simple ritual, and use it to gather souls (and probably fuck about on earth while she can)

Maybe, how old is the Bloody Mary legend though? 'Cause if it's anywhere near Alastor's supposed death date, then she'd have a lot of mortal souls stocked up.
Quite possibly enough to even give Al a bit of a run for his money, or at least match him if they for some reason ever fought.
And if her legend's even older? Hoo boy. That's a lot of souls for one hell-bound entity to even have the chance to get.
