  1. Going to list everything wrong/outdated on your sexy website, section by section.
  2.
  3. Custom Songs > Requirements > Software
  4.
  5. The server to create online account was taken down in 2012 so buying a copy of the game no longer allow you to play online. A friend of mine successfully created an account after some hacking and Plumato will release a tutorial once he polish up the Keygen/method. Follow Plum for updates about this ;) (method found on july 18th so tuto should be soon).
  6.
  7. As lovely as Frets on Fire is, it is a very outdated clone and Phase Shift (http://www.dwsk.co.uk/) is a drastically superior clone. It supports FoF songs, has a better engine, Guitar/Bass/Drums/Keys with a Pro variant for each one of them (though no customs for pro guitar/bass cuz nobody care) and Dance (lol). Video backgrounds supported (with static and animated backgrounds by default). It's just overall the best clone available. Only mentioning this because FoF is cancer compared to PS lol.

  11. For the Using GHTCP section, you should add few extra pictures of GHTCP to show where to drag the pictures (and create new setlists etc) because a lot of people are oblivious to how GHTCP works. Just to save yourself some trouble with very popular questions lol. Another thing is that most people think you need to either enter the unlock all songs cheat every time you play the game which is not true. If you press the = symbol in GHTCP then apply settings. You only have to press orange when you pick the setlist in the custom menu. Just adding that because there's a lot of people who never click it.

  13. Custom Songs > Optimization
  14.
  15. For vsync, you can also disable it with an AMD GPU (I believe it's exclusive to dedicated GPUs as my APU didn't have the option) using the catalyst control center (or the newer menu, I think they changed the catalyst control center entirely earlier this year). In both cases 3danalyze can be relevant on older computers since it emulates a ton of stuff that old GPUs can't do. It's worth mentioning for both Nvidia and AMD that older computers could potentially benefit from it. The guide you linked is decent.
  16.
  17. Now for Video Settings, that whole thing is wrong for resolution. If you have a good CPU and a bad GPU, 800x600 will give the best FPS. If you have a bad CPU and a good GPU, a higher resolution will give the best FPS and if both are good then there will be no notable difference when changing the resolution.
  18.
  19. For your FoF guide, PS supports the same format so it's good to go lol.
  20.
  21. Downloads > Database
  22.
  23. For your Downloads section, I'll just leave my opinion on the songs that I feel aren't in the right section at all (difficulty).
  24.
  25. Mercury City is not medium difficulty at all, it should be in Hard for many reasons lol.
  26. Patterns 2 and 3 should be in extreme only, they are both way more difficult to FC/Pass than everything else in the hard section.
  27. Patterns 1 should be in hard only imo.
  28. Prodigy is easy to pass and has one notable hard part so it should remain in Hard.
  29. Uber Juice shouldn't be in hard, it's way too difficult to be there.
  30. Victory Solo X is seems right in both sections honestly.
  31. Nothing else to say about your difficulty ranking otherwise. It's all opinions anyway.
  32.
  33. Downloads > Tools
  34.
  35. There's plenty of stuff that should be added to this as you probably know. I'll leave you few links.

  40. Tutorials
  41.
  42. I have nothing to say about them since I don't know much about FL Studio (except FL Slayer is best plugin~) but Plumato has a playlist full of very useful GH3 tutorials on youtube, you should give it a look. It might be worth mentioning on your website since it tackles more specific things such as modding, glitches and common problems.
  43.
  44. Also a tutorial for charting (including tap notes) would be quite nice and would add content to this section of the website.
  45.
  46. Help
  47.
  48. Now for Help, if you do replace FoF with PS in previous sections of your website (I highly recommend) then don't forget to change it there too lol.
  49.
  50. For the songs limit, 95 is a good number. There is no fixed limit (depends on many things, many which are unknown) but there is a fixed setlist limit worth mentioning. You can have up to 32 setlists per language on GH3 (each language have their own settings, setlists, etc on GH3). When you click create new setlist in GHTCP, it manually add a number at the end so it's easy to tell when you're close to the limit.
  51.
  52. For youtube disputes, there are few risks related to this. Normal copyright "strikes" that happen all the time on youtube have no impact on channel (most of the time) but if you dispute a video and lose (fair use doesn't always work, same for good faith), it leaves a real strike on your channel. 3 strikes and you're out.
  53.
  54. Pretty sure I got everything, I remember finding more stuff last time I looked up the website but I'm likely mistaken. If I missed anything or if you have any questions then just ask :P I obviously don't know everything but I know a lot of people who can help with stuff.

  60. Staircase, I've never seen someone refer to ladders as staircases, this term likely died in the 2010 era (I joined in 2011). RGYRBYOB are generally called ascending ladders (very few people call them descending because you hit them as descending triplets but they are wrong lol). The opposite is obviously descending ladders.

  62. Back-end timing window is how late, not how soon.
  63.
  64. The term Zigzag can be combined with quad and quint (quad zigzag, quint zigzag), no need to explain why.
  65.
  66. Sweeps are generally series of notes that are mostly connected together and don't really fit any other descriptions. Not really sure how to describe them. Ex: OBYBYRGRYBYBO, OBYRYRGRYRYBO (popular sweeps patterns), Don't Haz Aids's outro, things like that.
  67.
  68. Help > Notation
  69.
  70. Just a little thing. There's still a lot of people who use GRYBO for notation (frets), it's worth mentioning imo since it's as generally useful as fingers notation. Another thing, some people use [] when referring to the note anchored (very useful for some methods). Ex: WTF Sweeps (sliding method). Fingers notation: 1(12)234(123)11232(121)23211(321)432(321)32, 1 at the start imply anchoring green, 11 imply sliding to red, 3211 back to green etc. Other type of notation I've seen: [G](RY)RYB(RYB)[R]YBY(BOB)YBYR[G](BYR)BYR(BYR)YR. The latter is much easier to read and understand the actual pattern while the former is more descriptive for the actual method. Saying (OBYB) is a lot more confusing than (3211) when referring to the sliding method while (OBY)RYR[G](RYR)YBOBY(RYR)RYR(YBO) is much easier to understand when breaking down sweeps into a pattern. GYG, RBR and YOY zigs for the ending of Volcano Solo C in Destruction Armageddon is easier to understand than finger notation. Etc etc etc. Both methods are relevant, it just depend of the pattern (and your preference).
