Name: Hiro Hamada

Age: 16

Role: Hiro, like Tadashi is a student at the Blackwell Academy. He is a sophomore and this is his second semester at the school. He does sometimes work at Aunt Cass's cafe as a cashier or sometimes cleans up the place whenever Tadashi or Aunt Cass isn't around. Although he does not get paid, be at least tries to help out with the cafe.

Personality: Hiro is a very studious, but nice kid. Although he is more anxious than his brother, he does try to at least calm down when taking his anxiety disorder medicine for his anxiety. He does try to outsmart his brother at times when doing school work and by doing better experiments, but, in the end, he does realize that he is as smart as his brother and other students. He could be a bit of a sass at times, especially when trying to reason with a bully. When being alone without Tadashi, he does try to at least be independent and strong. He sometimes could be stubborn since he is the "younger brother" but tries to take the events as they are. Whenever he is around Tadashi or a trusted adult, although he is sixteen, he tries to be obedient and try to learn from them, especially if they are going off to college.

 History: Hiro was the second to be born in the Hamada family, and although he was raided in the United States, like Tadashi, he did learn some of the Asian traditional ways of living. Although he preferred to learn his own way, he did learn a lot from his parents and Tadashi. While growing up with Tadashi, he learned all sorts of subjects and out of all of them, his favorite was robotics. He did want to major in that area since he liked to build things with his brother, especially with Legos. He did get homeschooled by Tadashi for a while until he went to second grade, and at the school, he aced all his tests and knew most is the answers. He did let have other students answer questions, but he mainly answered them and paid attention in class. He did either study in either his room at home or at the library and that's where he developed an anti-social personality trait, and started to become shy around others but, he did eventually make friends. One day, when he came home, he heard from Tadashi that his parents died in a car crash. He was shocked and scared to hear this and started to gain anxiety. So, Hiro had to be home for a bit, even though he did want to go back to school, Tadashi had to tell Hiro that he had to stay at the house and be homeschooled a bit longer. A couple of years later, Hiro finally got to Middle School and heard from his Aunt Cass, asking if she could take them in. Hearing that Tadashi wanted to live with Aunt Cass, Hiro simply went along with it. So, the two brothers, including Aunt Cass sold the house and moved into the cafe, where Hiro completed Middle School. Everything was going fine until the cafe was staring to slowly go out of business so, they had to move some place else. Hiro watched his brother look for a place to live and he found Arcadia Bay, Oregon where there was a cafe looking to be sold, including a High School to continue their education; That high school was Blackwell Academy. Hiro, once again, went along with it as he was looking at the place, and did admire the study hall. As soon as he and Tadashi moved with Aunt Cass to Oregon, Hiro did complete his freshman year at the place. Although Hiro got annoyed with his current roommate, he was still able to hang out with Tadashi and visit Aunt Cass and do his work inside the cafe. He unfortunately was not allowed to sleep at the cafe, except for Winter, Summer, and Spring Break, but he did keep in contact with her. But, since he did have a job, which was working with Aunt Cass in her cafe, he would be able to get away from the noise. Like Tadashi, Hiro did try to stay calm when the disappearance of Rachel Amber happened, but tried to stay close to his brother once that situation occurred. Since he does know that this will be Tadashi's last year at the academy, he did plan to learn, while dealing with annoying roommates but, also wanted to be with his brother before he leaves.
