NPC: Irradiated Manager

Right now, there is an RP event setup, but it isn't fully complete and it is also broken because the manager talks before the worker gets to him to tell him what is up. (http://i.imgur.com/z6xnXGh.png)

This is how the event should go:

(Irradiated Worker walks up to the manager)
Irradiated Worker says: "I have another reading from the nether."
Irradiated Manager says: "Give me a moment to look over these findings."
Irradiated Manager says: "Great Gazlowe!"
Irradiated Manager says: "This data will be quite useful for Project Blue Book. Er, I mean, this will be great for my new look. See if you can gather any more data."
