The buildings too shone with the brilliance of the metal, the flames and smoke reflecting in their perfectly polished surfaces. Efreeti walked the streets as men walk the stalls and vendors of the towns of my origin. Every second I stared in wonder, punctuated with the agony of the intense heat, barely bearable from even my great height over the great and never ending flames and smoldering rock.

  3. I called the city Nuhas, after the alloy it was crafted from. In the center of Nuhas sat the grandest castle I had ever laid eyes on in the worlds of men, elves, or dwarves. From its large bronze doors did step an Efreet greater and grander than any others; the Sultan of them all. So would be the first time I saw the great Efreet, and so set before me was my scheme laid in that moment."
