  1. Did she try to strike at Pukin all by herself? Not to mention she escaped rather quickly. The ribbon Magical Girl ran down the apartment wall. She ran in the opposite direction to where Rain Pou was. Pukin chased after her but couldn’t catch up.

  3. On foot, Pukin’s speed would beat her. However the ribbon Magical Girl had ribbons in buildings and street signs, she moved while pulling on them, swinging on the air. Then she made her ribbons in the shapes of a wheel, using them as soon as she landed on the ground and advanced without slowing her momentum. With that in mind, she should be able to run at a speed where she could leave Pukin behind, but she kept a speed where Pukin wouldn’t catch up to her or be left behind either.
