If you dont have either Malware installed but are facing this issue here is the fix.

- Shut down Battle.net
- Navigate to the game in question in file explorer. In my case Desinty 2
- Rename the folder from Destiny 2 to Destiny 2 old
- Open Battle.net again and start the download from scratch
- As soon as it begin downloading again shut down Battle.net completely
- Navigate to the new Destiny 2 folder and delete it
- Rename Destiny 2 old back to Destiny 2
- Start Battle.net again and resume the download.
