Rai is sat upon the ground by the fence by his towering titan of a Daemon. The daemon crumbles into stone and flows into the capture cube.

Rai Yasahiro says, "I remember you, you were the one who argued with the blond Nagual."

Lotlhuitl says, "..."
Rai leans on his left leg, his right in a cast. "You two fought well. What kind of magic was that, that you used?" The man's shadows twitched and moved of their own accord.
(Rai Yasahiro)


Lotlhuitl says, "Blood."

Rai Yasahiro says, "Blood magic? Hmm.. It looks more powerful than illusion.."
Rai's shadows began to rise up slowly along his body, like a rising ooze along his legs, slowly consuming his body with inky black until it consumed his form entirely, his body becoming slightly see through.

"How did you learn this.. blood magic?"

Lotlhuitl had her arms crossed in front of her chest, ears pinned back lightly. She seemed lightly unamused, but honestly, that was probably her default state by now.

"Some people use bowls.. and try and manipulate the blood like that. I learnt I could do it out of necessity."

She blinked.

"I was stabbed."

Maxwell exclaims, "Hey Cinelle!"

Cinelle exclaims, "Hiya!"

Maxwell asks, "How have you been?"

Cinelle asks, "Good, what about ya'?"

Maxwell says, "Mhm, pretty great."

Cinelle exclaims, "I met your mate!"

Cinelle exclaims, "A red-haired woman!"

Maxwell asks, "A-ahh, did you?"

Cinelle exclaims, "Yas!"

Cinelle exclaims, "Poured me some tea!"
Ucchi Suguri has exited Ardent Cliff Fortress.


Maxwell asks, "And she said me and her were mates?"
Maxwell smirks and nods.

Maxwell says, "Interesting."

Cinelle exclaims, "I don't know!"

Cinelle exclaims, "I asked if I walked into a matin' ritual!"

Cinelle exclaims, "She told me no!"

Cinelle exclaims, "Asked if you was her mate!"

Cinelle exclaims, "Told me ya!"
Rai's magic began to pull upon the shadow of Lotlhuitl, darkness beneath them beginning to connect before her form began to grow over his own, painted upon the shadows that covered his form.

"So you can simply do it?" Natural ability? Why did he not have such latent abilities? His eyes became her eyes as she looked over the real her, every feature examined became more defined on the mimicry of herself.

"It sounds like something that could make anyone strong, maybe even me."

Maxwell smirked and waved his hand dismissively "You didn't walk in on anything, I was just resting and such." He'd explain.
(Maxwell)

"Pfft! Falling "asleep" in the same room with a woman! That's -fishy-!" The little one replied, a chuckle escaping her features.

"I'm sure there will be red-haired little wolves soon! Awooo!"

Maxwell says, "Pshhh... Who knows, who knows."

Cinelle exclaims, "I know!"

Cinelle says, "Gehehe.~"
Lotlhuitl's breath caught in her throat as she watched Rai Yasahiro become her. Or.. appear to do so, at least.

The Nagual's eyes took on an almost mirror-like aspect. Pupils dilating, becoming as large as dinner plates. The sunlight caught in her gaze, reflecting off the back of her optic nerve. Rai might have almost thought he could see his own reflection -- or.. his form, shrouded in the image of Lotlhuitl.

A hissing sound came from the Nagual. Her ears pinning back, tail flicking back and forth.

"Don't do that. Don't."

She didn't like looking at herself.

Maxwell just leans back against the lamp post and folds his arms. He'd look over to the fae and just smile.

"Well, you are a lot older than me, so I will believe your words of wisdom."
(Maxwell)

"Pfft! I'm like a teenager! Only fifty!" The little one said, soon landing onto the Ookami'shoulder to sit on it, crossing her legs.

"So! What are ya' doing today?" Cinelle then asked.
(Cinelle)

He'd tilt his head away from the fae, allowing her to comfortably sit there on his shoulder. His purple gaze shifted over the square, watching and observing people going about their business, eyes darting from person to person.

"Hmm, not too sure really, I will probably just find something to do as the day progresses."
(Maxwell)

The woman chuckles much akin to herself, something was -wrong- in that reflection, his very existence was off, as if he himself was beginning to become something that wasn't him, though too weak to submit to the power as it could be. Or perhaps there was something that still held him back from the corruption of pure, unbridled power.

In the instant that 'she' laughed, the figure lifted it's hands as though wiping away moisture from it's stomach up to what was once more his face, the colors that were of Lotlhuitl were once more see-through shadows.

His voice was calm and relaxed.

"Appologies, immitation is a form of Flattery. After all.. You have more power that I ever will." The man's last words seemed slightly envenomed with jealousy, though what was deemed to power as the man? Strength? Standing? No.. She was married, the ammount of affection that was in a marriage and her claim to being married to Xoconan.. he wanted that affection.
