- •Head down (around through the Sanctum entrance) and sell to Lemm (lifeblood seal, Zote idol, Nightmare Lantern journal, & Cliffs idol) [2300]
- •Enter Waterways and head to Dung Defender
- •Fight Dung Defender (wraiths) and S&Q out of the arena (as soon as it splits) to the Sanctum toll bench
- Soul Warrior
- •Head part of the way through Sanctum and fight the Soul Warrior (wraiths?) [2500]
- •Wait for the gate to open and then S&Q to the toll bench

- •Head back to Storerooms and stag to Dirtmouth (bench)
- •Buy Lumafly Lantern [700] and collect Grimmchild
- •S&Q to the bench and drop down the well into Crossroads
- •Head to and fight Brooding Mawlek (wraiths)
- •S&Q out of the arena (as soon as it splits) to Dirtmouth

- •Stag to Crossroads and bench
- •Stag to Resting Grounds (don't bench) and head down to Xero

- •Enter Crystal Peak through the Lantern entrance [650]
- •Head up and fight Crystal Guardian (wraiths) [~1050]

- •Bench and grab the Shopkeeper's Key (you might just want to kill the Shardmite so that you don't get hit)
- •Head through the rest of Peak like normal and grab Crystal Heart
- •S&Q to the bench (swap Dashmaster for Grimmchild — Shaman Stone + Grimmchild)
- •Head left through the cdash rooms and kill the Grimmkin
- •Open the Dirtmouth elevator and cdash across to Sly
- •Buy Elegant Key [250]
- •Stag to Storerooms and kill the Grimmkin
- •Drop down (hit the lever connecting to the City Crest entrance) and head across to Sanctum (toll bench for safety is optional)
- •Fight the Soul Warrior [450] and collect Shade Soul
- •Head through Sanctum (do hit the levers for later, although they might not be necessary)
- •Grab Spell Twister
- •Fight Soul Master and collect Desolate Dive
- Oblobbles
- •Exit Sanctum (optimally do the weird fake dive thing) and head across to Spire
- •Dive through the glass at the bottom! and head to King's Station
- •Stag to Greenpath [150] and bench
- •Stag to Crossroads and head through the Lantern entrance to Peak and past the room with the bench to Crystallized Mound
- •Collect Descending Dark (this isn't necessary but it is comfy to have for the rest of the run)
- •S&Q as soon as it splits (out of the pickup cutscene, for some reason) to Greenpath and call the stag
- •Head down and kill the Grimmkin
- •S&Q to the stag and stag to King's Station
- •Bench and stag to Dirtmouth (this stagging and benching business is a bit of a mess)
- •Upgrade Grimmchild and head to King's Pass
- •Kill the Grimmkin and S&Q to King's Station
- •Head to the broken elevator shaft
- •Perform the Isma's skips and grab Isma's Tear (this is technically unoptimal but it's comfy + this route requires it)
- •S&Q to King's Station and head through the tunnel to Kingdom's Edge
- •Kill the Grimmkin and head up (through the acid) and around to the Tower of Love
- •Hit the lever and head up to the Colosseum of Fools (open the breakable wall by the Colosseum)
- •Bench in the Colosseum (swap Grimmchild for Spell Twister — Shaman Stone + Spell Twister)
- •Open and complete Trial 1 [~1050]
- •Fight Zote and collect the charm notch
- •Open and complete Trial 2 [~2600]
- •Fight the Oblobbles, collect the pale ore, and S&Q to the bench
- Mantis Lords
- •Swap Spell Twister for Grimmchild (Shaman Stone + Grimmchild) and head back out
- •Open Trial 3 [1800] and head left to the elevator
- •Take the elevator up to Resting Grounds and kill the Grimmkin
- •Head up to the stag and stag to Crossroads
- •Stag to Crossroads and head to the Fungal Wastes entrance
- •Drop down into Fungal Wastes and buy Fragile Heart from Leg Eater [1400]

- •Head to and fight the Mantis Lords
- •S&Q out of the arena (as soon as it splits) to Leg Eater

- •Overcharm either Dashmaster or Fragile Heart (for safety (especially during frogs), just... don't die — if you do, repair it and sell the Seer seal later)
- •Head through the acid and whispering root room and grab the Fog Canyon charm notch (removes overcharm)
- •Head down past Archives and through "QGA" into Queen's Gardens
- •Fight the Petra arena and grab the Love Key
- •Head back and fight the upper QG arena (no toll bench) [~1600 or so]
- •Head through the frog rooms and fight Marmu (you can safety bench at the stag if necessary)
- Flukemarm
- •Collect the essence {350} and open the QG stag [1400] (hit the lever for later)
- •Stag to King's Station and head across the fountain to Waterways
- •Bench (it's really your choice on when to use Dashmaster/Spell Twister/Fragile Heart, as long as you don't break Heart) and head to Flukemarm
- •Fight Flukemarm (using shade soul) and collect Flukenest
- Broken Vessel
- •S&Q to the bench and head to the Dung Defender arena
- •Exit into the broken elevator shaft (it may be faster to open the White Defender dive floor now? for no soul collection later)
- •Head down to Ancient Basin and bench in the tram
- •Head through the Mawlurks (no toll bench) and open the shortcut by the Wings grub
- •Fight Broken Vessel and collect Monarch Wings
- Galien
- •S&Q to the tram (swap to Shaman Stone + Flukenest) and take it to Deepnest
- •Head to and fight Galien (just two flukes to the face)
- •Collect the essence {550} and S&Q to the tram
- Hive Knight
- •Optionally (optimally?) keep Flukenest, or swap back to Shaman Stone + Spell Twister + Dashmaster
- •Take the tram to Kingdom's Edge
- •Head through the Hive (if you have Flukenest on, use wraiths to break the walls)
- •Fight Hive Knight and S&Q out of the arena (as soon as it splits) to the tram (Shaman Stone + Spell Twister + Dashmaster)

- •Take the tram to Basin and head to Hidden Station
- •Stag to Storerooms [1100] (apparently this is faster than Queen's Station?) and bench
- •Head backwards across the City Crest entrance into Fungal Wastes, and up to Elder Hu

- •S&Q to Storerooms and stag to Resting Grounds

- •Collect Dream Wielder (and the pale ore) from the Seer
- •Stag to King's Station and bench
- •Head across the fountain to the Nailsmith — if you have less than 1050 geo here, sell the Seer seal to Lemm
- •Upgrade to Channelled Nail (Nail 2) [50]
- •S&Q to King's Station (swap to Shaman Stone + Flukenest + Dream Wielder)
- •Head to the Tower of Love and fight the Collector (with flukes, optimally scream skip with the Vengefly; you can't do the optimal kill but flukes are still pretty fast)
- God Tamer
- •Head up to the Colosseum and end up at the bench (it may be optimal to enter the arena room and then S&Q? that's cursed though)
- •Swap to Shaman Stone + Spell Twister + either Fragile Heart for safety (it's meant for this, so you don't need to repair it if you break it anymore), or Dream Wielder for speed if you're super confident
- •Open and complete Trial 3
- •Fight God Tamer and exit the Colosseum by the elevator shaft [geo doesn't matter anymore]
- Troupe Master Grimm
- •Head down to King's Station and bench (equip Shaman Stone + Spell Twister + Grimmchild, maybe some cursed Flukenest overcharm? idk when flukes are worth when you don't have shriek)
- •Stag to Dirtmouth and fight Grimm
- •Collect the charm notch and S&Q to King's Station
- Watcher Knights
- •Swap to Shaman Stone + Flukenest + Dream Wielder (+ optimally overcharm Spell Twister)
- •Head to and through Spire
- •Fight the Watcher Knights (with flukes, optimally skip the chandelier)
- Uumuu
- •Head up (no rewards) and absorb Lurien
- •Head back down through Spire back to King's Station
- •Stag to Queen's Station

- •Collect Awoken Dream Nail from the Seer
- •Stag to Hidden Station (probably keep the same charms?) and set a DG
- •Enter and complete White Palace
- •Collect Kingsoul and head to the tram
- •Bench in the tram (optimally to swap to Shaman Stone + Flukenest + Grimmchild)
- •Fight the Grimmkin at the broken bridge (with flukes, apparently it's a lot easier)
- •S&Q to the tram and take it to Kingdom's Edge
- •Head through the Hive and fight the Grimmkin
- •S&Q to the tram and swap to something involving Kingsoul (Dream Wielder + Dashmaster, maybe? idk what's worth the charm swapping)
- •Take the tram back to Basin and head down to the Abyss
- •Complete the Birthplace cutscene and collect Void Heart
- •DG to Hidden Station and stag to Dirtmouth
- •Bench (swap to Shaman Stone + Spell Twister + Flukenest)
- •Fight Grey Prince Zote (with flukes) and S&Q out of the arena (as soon as it splits)
