- Explanation of what the fuck happens with the advantages prior to ETS:
- Attack 1: A standard attack with a twist: It calls Will instead of ST for damage dice calculation, and deals damage at up to +3 (included in the table below). It also deals triple-typed damage and uses a variety of different DR divisors (seen in the table below), being both corrosion damage that disables electrical things (Surge), treats metal DR as though it were 1 (Arcing Surge) and sets things on fire (Incendiary), burning damage that deals Rads equal to its damage, and typeless that has 100% life steal. If it penetrates DR, and it likely will, it deals damage again equal to the rolled number plus all modifiers, then tripled, as injury (so it ignores DR) to both HP and FP. This injury is typeless and has 100% vamp, so it steals all damage done to HP as HP, and all damage done to FP as FP. If, after all damage, the target has lost 1/3 of their max HP, they take -1 to IQ and gain Magic Sesceptability 2 until they are healed, stacking with all other penalties from this attack. If, after all damage, the target has lost 1/2 of their max HP, they take -2 to IQ and gain Magic Sesceptability 2 until they are healed, stacking with all other penalties from this attack. If, after all damage, the target has lost 2/3 of their max HP, they take -3 to IQ, are in Terrible Pain, gain Magic Sesceptability 2 and lose access to all their magical abilities until they are healed, stacking with all other penalties from this attack. It also applies all Additions (see below) to the target. This has no cooldown or cost, and can also be applied to any weapon/person that parries/is parried by the weapon it is applied to. Any given part of this can be selectively switched off, allowing for much weaker attacks, in the following forms:
- Reducing the after-DR damage by 1/3, 2/3 or 100%, for either FP or HP
- Reducing the before-DR damage by up to three
- Removing the before-DR healing
- Not applying the nullification to their magical powers
- Not applying the minuses to IQ, in part or in full
- Not applying the Surge to shut down electrical devices and ignore metal DR
- Not applying the Incendiary to ignite flamable materials
- Not applying the Radiation
- Setting the armour divisor to anything between one and 10.
- Not applying certain Additions or Symptoms, as chosen by user.
- Addition 1: Forces an opposed roll of Will VS Will. If I succeed, they get -5 IQ (also reduces secondary IQ characteristics) for the duration of the next roll and take another Will VS Will roll. If they fail THIS, they have their magical powers removed (semblance, aura, the whole shebang) for a number of minutes equal to their margin of failure. I can choose to steal these powers. If I do, I retain them for however long they would've lost them for. If I kill them during this time, I retain them for good. This has no cooldown or cost.
- Addition 2: Adds 700 to Will for all purposes, but can only be used in conjunction with the Power Blow skill. Has an increased cost and cooldown, with specifics given in the "Absurd Overclocked Power" attack profile.
- Addition 3: Deals double damage when converting to injury versus fleshy targets, but can only be used with the Power Blow skill. This has no cost or cooldown.
- Addition 4: Forces an opposed Will roll at a penalty equal to the damage dealt, where failure induces Agony with a duration of (20-Will) minutes, after all other penalties. This has no cost or cooldown.
- Default cover-up mode is to remove the after-DR HP damage completely, half the after-DR FP damage, and not apply the Additions or the IQ penalty. This is also considered the "non-lethal" mode, as it is less likely to simply remove the target without them getting a roll to survive.
