Sept WK 4th(Sunday-1PM)

It was the month of the Official Rank Cups, a tourney that allows monsters who win the whole thing to advance to the next rank, and our heroes, Jalen and Rhiannon, have done some good training on their monsters Mickey and Akuma. The 1st tourney they will go to will be for Jalen in the western town of Denver, a somewhat mountainous town that's a bit colder than the other towns due to the elevation of it.
Right now, Jalen's in the dugout with Mickey who is currently bouncing on his feet in anticipation for the matches to come as Camilla and Rhiannon are sitting at the stands with Akuma, all of them cheering for Jalen and Mickey to win. He looks up to where they are and wave back at them, Camilla and Rhiannon wearing longcoats(Rin wearing hers more like a cape) with drawn faces of Jalen and Mickey on them as Akuma wave a flag around with their faces on it as well.

[GOOOOOO JALEN AND MICKEY!!!] Rin holler down there as Camilla bang a drum with sticks. {WE HAVE YOUR BACK ALL THE WAY!!!!} The 2 of them scaring some of the people away from them as Jalen sweatdrops and nods...

"Well, we can't lose in front of our adoring fans, right?" Jalen chuckles nervously as Mickey slowly nods...
Soon, more and more of the audience pack inside the dome as the other monsters come inside...including the 1st see, Sarzio and his breeder, Diego...dressed in the usual all white suit and tie. As he sees Jalen, Diego scowls and approaches him, Sarzio behind him.

|You....Last time we met, your win was a fluke..you hear me?| Jalen roll his eyes as he crosses his arms and glare at him. "You can say all you want, but history gonna repeat itself here with Mickey advancing to Rank D and not your Sarzio..."

Diego hmphs as he walk off...
Eventually, the Medic-Hengers came and got the stats for the 8 monsters before they took them to the officials for them to comply it all together....With this now stored, the Jumbotron was able to form the bracket for the Official Rank E Cup!

"Let's do this..." Muttered Jalen as he watches the 1st match form on the screen between Sarzio and Capella(Jell/Naga) a purple jell with a humanoid body. For Sarzio, this was a easy fight as he just had to connect a Scratch on it's gel-like body and Bite it down as well. Once that was done, Diego felt content with this and ordered Sarzio to avoid all attacks. Capella got a bit anxious and shot his core at the Cabalos in the winding seconds to hit it, but Sarzio avoids it as he wins the match with a timeout to the people's approval, being the 1st seed means that Sarzio is projected to win this.

"He gotten faster..." Jalen muses to him and Mickey as he smiles at his Hare, "But you're faster as well!" Mickey nods with a confident smile as they go back to watching the other matches since theirs is last in the 1st round...
The next match was against an Ape and a Pink Eye(Suezo/Pixie), Thankfully the ape was too lazy to chase after the Pink Eye as she continued to spit on him to wither his guts...Thus, the Ape loses in another timeout as he wanders off to his breeder with a very lazy-look on his face while the Pink Eye happily hop back to hers.


The next match was between a Frozen Gaboo(Gaboo/Tiger) and a Mint(Pixie/Tiger) where the Mint got a bit too cocky and  got a bit too close to  Regretti, and he made her regret the move as he Chop her body to the ground, KO'ED...the medic team got her off the floor and escorted her to the medical room as Regretti celebrated his win.

Now was Mickey's match and he will be going up against a Mocchi...specifically a Nyankoro(Mocchi/Kato). the 2 monsters get on the field as Mickey get into his combat stance...
One can hear the shouts of encouragement from Rin and Camilla as they cheer on their friends as the bell rings out with Lucky(Mocchi/Kato) runs forward towards Mickey with the intent to slapping him. However, Mickey dodges it by sidestepping out of the way and throw out his 1-2 Punch that lands on the face of the mocchi.

Upon landing those attacks, Mckey backed the fuck away and proceed to run the clock down from 55 seconds...
Lucky attempt to keep up with the Hare, but kept missing his Slaps and Headbutts...eventually with about 35 seconds left, Lucky gets desperate and does a Petal Swirl where he throws his hands into the air and create pink petals beneath  Mickey's feet, sending the hare off of his feet and to the ground.

With 20 seconds left, Mickey gets up with a scowl and with Jalen's urging, goes in with a Spin Kick to Lucky's face!!! Knocking him down to the floor for a KO!

[ALLRIGHT!!!!] Rin cheers loudly as she and her mother wave their flags as Akuma get on the drum and bang it loudly for Jalen and Mickey who waves at them as they walk back to their dugout.

The 2nd round take some time to start off as they get underway with Sarzio vs Quarty. Sarzio once again avoids all attacks as he goes for the timeout with a well-aimed Scratch on the Pink Eye's....eye. Once that's done...Sarzio proceeds to stay out of the range of Quarty's Spit. Diego smirked as his plan came to fruition

With no time for the Pink Eye to make a comeback, the opposing breeder forfeits the match as Diego advances to the grandfinals and is one step closer to getting to Rank D....The next match is Mickey vs Regretti as the 2 of them get on the arena floor.(edited)

[BEAT THAT UGLY MONSTER TO A PULP, MICKEY!!!!]
"(Man, it's nice to have fans like them..)" Jalen sweatdrops as he smiles nervously before the match begins.

Regretti starts things off with a Chop which Mickey easily dodges via jumping over it thanks to his speed and Regretti's pathetic ACC...Upon landing on the ground, Mickey dodges a Slap from the Frozen Gaboo with a sidestep out of the range. The clock is at 50 seconds now...

"Mickey, keep dodging until it runs out of Guts!" Mickey nods as he continues to sidestep and jump over the various attacks from the now angry Gaboo who growls and scowls as he miss constantly with his attacks...even when he unveils his last attack called Back Blow where he spins and let loose a backfist..Mickey merely dodges it by back flipping out of the range. He smirks at the now very tired Regretti who soons regrets what he have done along with his breeder as he have no guts now...

{So the fact that the Gaboo have no guts means...} Camilla ponders loudly for her daughter to answer her who nods in agreement. [Means that not only will Mickey's attacks hit more, but they will hit harder as well due to Mickey's Guts being much more higher. The bigger the difference between the 2 monster's guts, the better!]

And to prove Rin being right...Mickey start hammering the 1-2 Punch tech onto Regretti's face over and over...having maxed guts made the attack more better with 30 seconds left on the match...eventually, Mickey leap back and then came back with a Spin Kick to KO Regretti, winning the match and getting a ticket to the Grand Finals against Sarzio!!

[ALLRIGHT, MICKEY!!!!] Both Rin and Camilla along with Akuma cheered for Jalen, and not only that, but some other people were joining in! After all, Who doesn't like a good underdog story? The good amount of people cheering for Jalen made him quite nervous...and it also made Diego quite furious that HE wasn't getting all of the attention...hell, the fact that his sister wasn't here due to getting ready for HER Official Rank E Cup made it worse...

|You'll pay for this, Jalen...| He growled to himself as soon the grand final was getting started after the 3rd place match was over with between Quarty and Regretti with Quarty winning.
+ALLRIGHT , LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, BOYS AND GIRLS, ALL OF YOU MONSTER BATTLIN' FREAKS OUT THERE!!+ A man with glasses and a bowtie with a blue suit on scream out loud to the microphone as he stand on the ring with Sarzio and Mickey standing across from each other....
+WE HAVE A REDHOT BATTLE THAT'S SURE TO SET OFF A HISTORIC RIVALRY!! WE HAVE OVER HERE ON MY LEFT, SARZIO!! TRAINED BY DIEGO ALMASY, HEIR TO THE ALMASY FORTUNE!!!+ Diego smirks as he hears the applaud that he got from the people...+ AND ON MY RIGHT IS ONE OF THE FUTURE STARS OF TOMORROW, JALEN PRUETT AND HIS HARE, MICKEY!!!!+ And then he scowls as Jalen gets a louder cheer not counting his 3 loyal fans..Both the monsters begin to get ready as they each get into their combat stance....

+BEGIN!!!+
Both monsters don't move, each one staring at each other as they muster up their guts...waiting for their foe to make a move 1st...
They begin to stafe around each other...eyeing one another down as the clock ticked down from 60...until..

|Sarzio, use Scratch!!|
"Dodge and use Spin Kick!"

Sarzio barks as he leap in with a paw raised to rake across Mickey's face like last time...only this time, Mickey is ready and dodge the attack with a side step and throw out a spin kick..however, Sarzio leaps away a couple of feet and glare down Mickey who isn't deterred by it one bit..

|...Better start than last time...| Diego sneered, hoping to get underneath Jalen's skin, however this doesn't work as the latter only smirk at the blonde.. "Trust me, you haven't seen nothing yet..."

|Tch...please..as if a non-noble blood nohrian such as you will beat me again...]  "We'll see about that...1-2 Punch,Mickey!"


45 seconds left, Mickey runs towards Sarzio with his fists up and throw out lightning-fast punches to strike the Cabalos..But the latter dodges it as he jump back and lower his head as he prepare for his new attack..

|NOW, CHARGE!!!|

"You mean like Kled's ult-OH GOD!"

With great speed, Sarzio slams his horns into Mickey and send the hare screaming away in pain as he skids on the floor....30 seconds left as Diego grins viciously, believing that victory is in sight for him as Jalen now look worried for his Hare that's slow to getting up.

+FOLKES, AFTER HALF A MIN OF NO HITTING, SARZIO FINALLY GET A HIT IN AND KNOCK MICKEY TO THE GROUND!! IS THIS THE END FOR THE UNDERDOG, WILL SARZIO ADVANCE!??!+ As Jimmy call things out, Rin, Camilla, and Akuma begin to cheer loudly for Mickey to get up...

|It's a done deal...as it should be, I win and shall advance to Rank D!|
"Come on, Mickey...." Mickey slowly stands up as he crouches down...and begin to shine brightly much to the shock and confusion of everyone..
"Uhhhh....Mickey, you ok?"
|What the hell is happening now?!!|

[No....they don't...]
+FOLKES, I DON'T BELIEVE IT, IT LOOKS LIKE MICKEY HAVE REACHED DOWN IN HIMSELF AND ACTIVATED THE SUPER MONSTER STATE OR SIMPLY CALLED....POWER!!!!!!+ Diego scowls as Jalen looks confused by this...|IT DOESN'T MATTER, SARZIO, BITE IT HARD ON THE HEAD!!|

"Mothefucker, that's gonna injure my monster!" Jalen rightfully call it out as Diego makes a very angry look. |I DON'T CARE!!!|

"...Fine then, MICKEY, HOOK!!"

As Sarzio jumps towards and tries to bite down on Mickey's head, the hare raise his head and with bright angry red eyes as his fur shines a bit brighter, almost turning yellow even, and grab Sarzio's jaw much to everyone's shock!

[Holy fucking shit, that was metal as fuck!!}
"Whoa, mickey, I didn't know you were ballsy enough to do th-"

And then Mickey brings his right fist back and with a loud shout of anger...SLAM HIS FIST INTO THE OPEN JAW OF SARZIO!! SENDING MULTIPLE TEETH TO THE GROUND WITH SOME BLOOD FOR SOME GOOD MEASURE!! Sarzio can't even whine as his mouth is swollen now as he fall on the ground in sheer agony.

|Wh-wh-what just happened!!?| Diego clutches his head in sheer anger and shock as Jimmy blinks with a shocked look before adjusting his glasses...

+I...I don't believe the sheer violence I have just seen....+ Jalen looks completelyt worried as Mickey stare down at Sarzio's twitching body wit anger before he powers down and walk back towards his trainer with a proud look of victory.

+LADIES AND GENTLEMAN, MICKEY HAVE WON THE OFFICIAL RANK E CUP OF DENVER IN A EXTREMELY DOMINATING FASHION!!+
"Well...damn..."
Jalen nods with a small smile as he rubs Mickey's head while medic team pick up Sarzio and take him to the emergency...While Diego complains loudly to the officials of what just happened..|ARE WE GONNA IGNORE THE CRIME THAT THAT NOHRIAN HAVE DONE TO ME!??!|

+No worries, Mr.Almasy!+ Jimmy step up to him and nods with a stern look..+ We will be sure to memorized what have happened today...+|Good.| He nods with approval.. |Maybe I shal-| +AND WE GONNA SHOW IT AGAIN WITH DIFFERENT ANGLES AND SPEED ON THE JUMBO TRON!! HIT IT FRANK!!!+

The Jumbotron plays the Hook over and over with different angles and speed...some of which are even zoomed in.
[Oh man, that last one was burtal!!!...]
{I think we can see where Sarzio even lost some INT in that last shot...}
Jalen and Mickey get their prize money and is told that they shall get their Rank D license tomorrow...he and Mickey head on out and meet up with Rhiannon and Camilla and Akuma as they now get ready for Rin's Official Rank ECup and drive back to Austiin...
