Vonbro simc

TLDR: the way my class works, i need 2 traits before other azerite pieces can actually be weighted correctly. Empyrean power and Lights decree. Blackwater behemoth gives a shoulder piece that has both required traits on it, allowing me to use other 445 azerite pieces that i normally could not because of the large dps difference in required traits. I also need Radiance of Azshara for rank 3 condensed life (which gives about 2k dps alone). Getting the shoulders from behemouth also will let me use a 445 random m+ piece from the vendor. I am also one of the people using "loyal to the end" to stack damage with zax, herb, and nellow (you can set the amount of allies using it on sim).
