  1. Shiomi Yoru fic idea outline part 6 (Contains some OOCness probably)
  2.
  3. >Shiomi Yoru POV
  4. >"Operation Reach-the-Top-Floor." this plan had been called.
  5. >Yoru had the gist of this joint operation.
  6. >She skimmed through the documents of the plan.
  7. >And while it was flawless as the ginger-haired girl had put it.
  8. >The question of said plan being flawless would depend on how it would be executed.
  9.
  10. >Yoru only had to take one look...
  11. >And she knew right away so many things were gonna go wrong.
  12. >Especially with this rowdy bunch that her daughter is mingling with.
  13. >Not that she was gonna point that out.
  14. >She'll just let the chaos unfold. Let 'em find out the hard way.
  15. >And not even minutes later, her colleague had made the fatal mistake of mentioning the word justice around that fixer obsessed maniac.
  16.
  17. >Cue the absolute massacre of this So-called Tingtang Gang Syndicate.
  18. >Yoru watches the battle with her arms crossed.
  19. >With the exception of her daughter, almost all the Sinners suddenly transformed.
  20. >While the transformation made Yoru raise a brow in intrigue, she was more focused on Yoshihide.
  21. >Or rather Ryoshu, as her colleagues had addressed her by.
  22. >Her skills hadn't lost her touch at all now that she looked at her
  23.
  24. >Although Yoru was a bit confused as to why she seemed weaker than the last time she saw her.
  25. >She figured that it had something to do with the Clock headed manager who was standing off to the side with some sort of tablet.
  26. >There was also that golden chain that seemed only visible to her, connected between the manager and her daughter.
  27. >Like the red thread...
  28. >Yoru takes this moment to take a look at her right pinky finger...
  29. >The thread was there, but it was severed.
  30. >That’s right... with the Arayashiki, the bond they had—or what little remained of it—was severed.
  31.
  32. >Yoru then looks at her daughter's coworkers.
  33. >She was told by others in the company about The Mirror and its capabilities.
  34. >What-ifs, possibilities, alternate realities.
  35. >That made Yoru go deep in thought.
  36. >About how her would be like if her circumstances were a little different.
  37. >Like if she never became the Dihui Star for example...
  38. >Or if she actually ended up caring for her daughter like an actual mom would.
  39. >Yoru immediately shakes that thought away in a grimace.
  40.
  41. >Care for her daughter? Now of all times?
  42. >She reminded herself again and again that she never wanted to be a mother.
  43. >NEVER.
  44. >At the same time that Yoru was in deep thought, a Tingtanger noticed Yoru off to the side.
  45. >They grin, figuring that they can take her hostage.
  46. >But the moment they ran toward her, they suddenly find themselves with a blade run through their chest.
  47.
  48. >Yoru sneers at the poor bastard, mocking him for his supposed cleverness.
  49. >She retracts her Katana from him, but not before decapitating him for good measure.
  50. >Yoru flicks the blade clean before placing it back in its sheath.
  51. >The Tingtanger's friends noticed and were frightened by the sight.
  52. >The others from LCB seemed surprised by the sudden speed she displayed before them.
  53. >Yoru noticed her daughter whistling, grinning at what she just did.
  54.
  55. >Yoru couldn't help but sigh internally.
  56. >She supposed Callisto must have rubbed off of her with his so-called 'art'.
  57. >Yoru felt tinge of regret at the this, but she pushed it down immediately.
  58. >What's done is done.
  59. >After the Tingtangers were dealt with, Saude took this time to discuss Plan B.
  60. >Dress up as the Tingtang syndicate, and infiltrate the Casino in disguise. Easy right?
  61.
  62. >Wrong.
  63. >Another fight broke out.
  64. >That Clock headed manager was the cause of it.
  65. >In the midst of the fight, Yoru notices her daughter, taking a knife from her coworker.
  66. >One throw towards the chandelier was all it took for it to fall.
  67. >And that was it.
  68.
  69. >Yoru couldn't help but let out a snort, shaking her head at the excuse her daughter made for the terrible timing.
  70. >Performance art.
  71. >Riiiiight...
  72. >Ryoshu actually hears this and turned to face Yoru, looking a bit annoyed.
  73. >"What?" She says to Yoru.
  74. >Yoru stays silent.
  75.
  76. >And then she slowly make a so-so gesture with her hand
  77. >"You still have room to improve." is what the gesture is meant to convey.
  78. >At this, a vein pops up on Ryoshu's face and she tries to make her way over to Yoru.
  79. >But she's stopped by her manager and coworkers, trying to calm her down.
  80. >Ryoshu clicks her tongue and decides to let it go.
  81. >For now...
