- when i mail it out, i bought the envelope which has bubble wrapping.
- fyi, the total of the mailing fees is $6.39. and i only let her pay $4 of it , so $2 i fork it out myself (i didn't tell her cuz i tot she was okay)
- item delievered to her hse on 16 june as stated on SINGPOST tracking system .
- she only replied me on 22June about the defects of albums.
- rest assure when i send it out, the condition of the album was 9/10 why 9/10 because of scractches
- she told me her helper was the one that took it, and passed to her on 21 june. okay so 6 days. what can happen to it? many things. :) like dropping it. hmm. also i don't have a reason to destroy the album cuz why? its a gift and it was EXPENSIVE $50+.
- so 6 days , her helper that collect it for her hmm, what cohld have happen? drop, bang it? LOL who knows. god knows.
- throughout the whole conversation, buyer was trying to pin the blame onto me saying that i caused the defects. however, like i said condition was 9/10 before i mail it out. so is either the helper prob or the mailing defects.
- she kept asking me to prove that its mailing defects like er, i dh any pic. if i knew such things would happen, i would srsly take a closeup video of the album. like srsly. like how do i prove mailing defects lol sia, like we dont work there so er?
- okay so since i couldn't like carey on the convo so much, i needed to end, i offered a $4 refund at first. but she refused saying she wants a $10 refund. okay so i raised my partial refunds to $6:)) still dw and its okay. and she even said sth
- " why are you so anxious about refunding? :) i thought you wanted $4 haha " and
- " since you've claimed that it isn't your fault, shouldn't you have refused since you're not responsible for damaged mails? "
- and i decided to put a negative feedback to her and she said i lied in the feedback ㅋㅋ i hope i lie too lol.
- anyways after that i was like "$0 or $6" and she wanted a $10 refund which i wasn't gonna give.
- i passed my phone to my brother who is also in this carousell business selling shoes. and i let him type a message " dw then dw ur choice not my taiji " < thats how he deal. so okay, she replied me with "sure!" . so with that word, what does it mean. and i didn't reply after that
- next day she replied me about whether i can do the $6 refund and with this msg too : "i don't think the -ve feedbacks are doing us good either" i mean okay i don't mind the -ve feedback cuz i am not guilty about it.
- so tdy she replied me saying she will put a blacklist if i dont reply by night.

- on her acc , feedbacks section ; see the other seller that gave her a -ve feedback. i went to consult her about it :)) so yep:))

- you have the rights to judge who was wrong and right. yes i am being rude to her because i couldnt let myself be blamed on something i didnt do:) so yesss judge this situation yourself .
