  1. -If a player is found dead, and was murdered by the hands of another player outside of am Escape Trial/Lightning Round, a Justice Trial must take place
  2. -Time will be given to investigate and prepare evidence for the Justice Trial
  3. -Any player may report a dead body via Emergency Phone boxes scattered through the game area. Reporting will begin the preparation time.
  4. -Once the preparation time is over, every living player will be “escorted” to the trial grounds where the trial shall begin
  5. -Once at the trial, players will be in separate benches divided by team. Game Master and Karma will sit in the center podium (ala judge seat)
  6. -Players are intended to debate and argue to find who the murderer is
  7. -Upon reaching a unanimous decision (all but the guilty party(s) are voting the same person), the trial is over.
  8. -If the jury cannot come to a unanimous vote yet the trial finishes progressing, the jury (all players) is considered hung. In the event of a Hung Jury, the majority of votes determine the punished.
  9. -The person voted as guilty will be executed. Ties kill both winners.
  10. -Points for those being executed are brought down to 0. Instead of killed by ordinary means, the player is left alive and made to play a “Saving Throw” game. This game can consist of various short but difficult challenges which can be physical, mental, emotional, or challenges combining elements.
  11. -If Saving Throw game is won, the voted player lives. If lost, they are brutally executed.
  12. -A point is then added to every surviving member of the game IF the correct killer was fingered. If wrong no points are awarded. This is announced after the execution and saving throw.
  13. -The morning after a trial, the next Escape Trial begins.
