Removal of land claim 2560 2800

I currently have a land claim on my name for land that I haven't used for months now.
I do not see any purpose of keeping that land because I have no intentions to use it anymore.
Other people may want to use that island and I'm "blocking" them doing so.

What is expected of me when having it removed e.g. removing my buildings?

Ya we can do that, you don't have to remove any builds if there's a lot built but definitely get rid of any valuables in it
