Destiny rules

1. Foremost, this room is meant for Destiny related characters approved by the Owner/Mods of the room. If we spot someone attempting to post without approval, and does not fit within the universe, you will be warned. Too many will result in a ban. If you are interested in joining, and are attempting to seek the attention of the Owner/Mods, then a PM will do just fine, as well as RPC mail. As harsh as this rule is, this is not necessarily an all-inclusive room. Ideas can be expressed, and discussed to fit logically within the Destiny Universe, but if an agreement or compromised is not reached, then simply come up with a new idea, or seek further assistance.

2. This was already notated within the Character Creation Tab, but just like Destiny, you will be limited to one exotic weapon and armor piece. As well as that, the list on Character Creation tab is there to provide any open canon exotics, as well as the list for approved non-canon exotics. Non-canon exotics may not be readily available to your character at the beginning, or might not be approved without tweaking. The Owner/Mod team is more than happy to help with anything, so please don't be shy to ask. As well, if a canon exotic is taken, it will be very unlikely another will be made, with very few exceptions. These weapons/armors are supposed to feel personal, and as such, help develop the legend your character is meant to make, so please do not argue, or rant if you feel that a particular exotics case should be overturned. That is the fastest way to a no. As you will see repeated, keep it civil, and speak to the Admin team.

3. This is RPC, things are bound to happen, but by no means is smut allowed in main. If you want to smut in main, make another room for it, or take it to PM's. We all like to get saucy, and PDA is just fine, but if we begin to get vivid details of an exo's undercarriage, it will be deleted, and it will be considered a warning. As well as that, ships/pairings/etc are at the digression of the players, however, harassment is another story. If you feel that the player behind the character may be getting too weird, or is outright harassing you, please feel free to PM the Owner/Mods (again) to seek help. We understand that sometimes having romance in an RP is fun, and can greatly develop a character, but do remember that in In Character does not mean Out of Character. We can keep things fun, and we don't wish to impede on any development, but if this rule is an issue, then there isn't much flex room to adjust, and hopefully you can find a place to suit your needs.

4. We also ask that if there are any issues you have with characters/rules/plots/etc, that you please refrain from expressing these issues in main. We understand that things might not work well for you, or that you might have different opinions/ideas/etc on what is currently happening, but there is no need to stir up mindless drama. If we feel that OOC chatter is being hurtful, or someone comes to us to express this, we will take action as necessary. PM's and RPC mails are great for keeping things in private, and as such, can be addressed in a more personal, level-headed manner. We also ask that you extend this courtesy to our Mod team, as they are human too. If you feel that a Mod may be disrespecting you, or abusing their power, then please PM or shoot an RPC mail to the Owner, and they will address this issue promptly. This level of respect is also expected upon our Mod team, as well as adherence to the established rules, to ensure everyone is enjoying their time writing together.

5. Have Fun. A common enough rule, but lets elaborate. While rules seem to create barriers for some, these rules are simply meant to keep the story progressing in a fun, uncomplicated manner. As said in other rules, the Mod Team is always open to new ideas that can be refined, and perhaps even added in. As well, we do also reserve the right to adjust the rules as we see fit, to keep the main focus on the room to be a positive environment for everyone. If anything is seems like it needs to be elaborated on, or needs further explanation, we won't hide information unless it is for the purposes of plot and wanting to minimize meta gaming. Fights will more than likely take place in a T1 format, with light sprinkles of dice rolls to make things interesting. Make mistakes, take damage, a character that is perfect isn't usually a very fun character. So lets all work together to make something great, and make our own, for lack of a better term, destinies.
