  1. >The ruler of a portion of the fertile lands of south of the kingdom, count McAllister, definitely had a good life, he never had to work a single day of his life thanks to the inheritance his dad left him, he just needed to put all those slaves to work to death, especially harvesting the fruits of his domains, to take the cute slaves for himself and to replace the slaves that died due to the hard life they must endure, they were cheap and easy to get more, and that’s why his family prospered through generations, yeah, it was an good and easy life…
  2.
  3. >Until the election of the new king and queen
  4.
  5. >The first thing Queen Lori and King Lincoln did was to abolish slavery, causing an uproar in all the noble houses of the kingdom since all of them used slaves as cheap labor but the iron hand of the queen along with the armies loyal to the king and all their influential sisters eventually overwhelmed the nobles, McAllister included, worst of all, those disgusting worms saw the queen and king as their heroes and liberators, the ones who control the people, controls the kingdom, even a lazy uncultured noble like McAllister know that
  6.
  7. >When the Queen died, he and a lot of nobles were happy and celebrated, even thinking that now they might be able to sweet talk the king into allowing slavery again, the election of the king’s charismatic yet ruthless little sister Lola Loud as the new queen made them even more optimist, since she was one of the few that protested against the liberation of slaves
  8.
  9. >The fate laughed in their faces again
  10.
  11. >The king kept his late wife’s ideals with a immovable determination, nobody was able to change his mind, not even queen Lola who normally had her wishes served with just a snap of her fingers
  12.
  13. >The few nobles who insisted were warned by the king himself that if they disobeyed him the consequences would be hard and the few who still used slaves after that were stripped from their titles, their lands confisqued and they were forced to live as peasants among the people who hated them, most of them didn’t make the end of the month
  14.
  15. >McAllister was not the brightest torch in the castle but he was not a fool, he saw what happened to his fellow nobles so he played smart, he bowed his head in front of the king, he paid his taxes, and he certainly didn’t use slaves
  16.
  17. >Not officially
  18.
  19. >The disadvantage of having your lands so remote to the palace is that to get help from the royal forces is almost hopeless
  20.
  21. >The advantage is that a word of what was happening in your lands rarely reaches there
  22.
  23. >Oh, the good count didn’t have any slaves; he just had employees whose payment was the lowest amount possible and living under his care in his spacious one-two meter houses, what a good landlord he was
  24.
  25. >He just needed to pay a generous bribe to the sheriff of the town and no words could reach to the king’s ear
  26.
  27. >Yes, life was easy for McAllister but an easy life eventually becomes a boring one, he needed entertainment, and the same women everyday just could do as much, he heard that adventurers usually made the best woman, well, there is always a first time , isn’t?
  28.
  29. >And there he was, with his group of bodyguards, walking around the town, eying to see if any adventurer was around, which caused that every female who spotted him to quickly run away, whores, he was going to remember their faces
  30.
  31. >But adventurers? No, no one, he was just about to desist for the day and to grab some of those girls who ran way before but then he saw them
  32.
  33. >A group of females adventurers, all of them, a warrior with body of a goddess, a female wizard with breasts so big he wanted to squeeze and to suck so hard until she cries and begs him to stop, a ranger who was holding another kid on her arms, such innocent , such corruptible…
  34.
  35. >But what attracted his sight the most was the tall mountain that was in the front, a sexy goddess with ridiculous short clothes made with animals’ pelts. Her fiery red hair that cascaded from her head reaching almost her hips, and her bored yet feral expression…he had to have her
  36.
  37. >After all they were just some random adventurers and he was the lord of those lands, if they wanted to leave that place then they would had to earn that right, just some ‘work’ to make him happy and everything would be allright, what a good lord he was ,and with that mindset, he approached them…
  38.
  39. >”Laika seriously, you can’t be dressed like that! Have some modesty please!” exclaimed the ‘gifted’ wizard of the group
  40.
  41. >” заткнись milky girl!, south too hot, I hate hot!” grunted the barbarian goddess to the much smaller girl
  42.
  43. >”Could the two of you to shut up please? Bed is trying to sleep” warned the archer of the book, who cradled the little orphan on his arms, the little child grimacing at the noises
  44.
  45. >”Sorry” muttered Gloom, but Laika just scoffed and stomped her way out to a nearby water fountain
  46.
  47. >”she has been like this since we got here” said Marla, the official tank of the group “can’t say I blame her, though, I’m not a fan of this heat either”
  48.
  49. >”Me neither” whispered Lyle
  50.
  51. >”Then why you chose a job that got us literally to the other end of the kingdom?” the warrior’s voice was tired
  52.
  53. >”The paid will be pretty good, and I thought that getting away from the citadel was a good idea” murmured Lyle
  54.
  55. >”Well, can’t complaint with that, to not see Cecilia’s stupid face is a blessing”
  56.
  57. >”It’s ‘Lady’ Cecilia, Marla” politely corrected Gloom
  58.
  59. >”Don’t care, titties. If I could smash in her face and get away with it I would do it, just like I would love to see with some idiots of the royal family”
  60.
  61. >”Don’t say that! It’s treason!” said a scared Gloom
  62.
  63. >”Again, I don’t care, the nobles are the poison of this earth, especially that witch queen Lola, man I hate her”
  64.
  65. >While a terrified Gloom was hearing her bold friend’s rant, Lyle remained silent
  66.
  67. >But then he saw how a short man, followed by a group of heavily armed guys, approached Laika, who was bent over the fountain, drinking eagerly the water with a blissful expression on her face
  68.
  69. >Lyle’s ice ran cold when he saw what that man did
  70.
  71. >” (ahhh, sweet Ymir’s blood)” thought Laika while she was drinking, but then she choke and coughed of the shock when she felt how her buttock was roughly squeezed, she look behind expecting to see the long nose warrior making her a joke or something like that but instead she found a disgusting and ridiculous short man with a shit eating grin on his face and still groping her butt with unnecessary force
  72.
  73. >The barbarian didn’t think, she just reacted, and she grunted and punched that idiot with all her might, the guy was sent flying to a nearby fruit stall
  74.
  75. >The count’s bodyguards reacted of course, screaming and unsheathing their weapons while the mages of the group ran towards the noble to treat his injuries, if he was even alive
  76.
  77. >The numerous group, however, didn’t made it too far, some of them got their hands performed by arrows, others got a good electroshock due to a flying mace and the rest were frozen in their places when their feets were literally trapped in blocks of ice, the captain of the group was about to call reinforcements but then he had an angry little child on his shoulders , breathing heavily and with a small dagger dangerously pressing against his throath
  78.
  79. >Utter chaos ensued in the middle of the town, and eventually the local guardians made their apparition, of course they took McAllister’s side on the matter, whom was waking up
  80.
  81. >”DEATH!” yelled the noble, but the pain made him choke on his own words, the mages managed to save his life but barely, his nose was caved in, he lost a lot of teethes, his face was swollen and heavily bandaged and blood was dripping from both his mouth and nose “I WANT THEIR FUCKING HEADS ON A PIKE! NOW!” screamed the count, tears falling from his eyes and mucus dripping from his mouth, mixing with the blood
  82.
  83. >”Allright we are in a deep, deep, deep shit right now, but again, when we are not?” said Marla “Let’s storm this place, get out of here and never come back, nobody is left behind, are you guys with me?”
  84.
  85. >”Always!” said Gloom
  86.
  87. >”After taking pig’s skull” grunted Laika
  88.
  89. >”Hai” that was Bed in one of the few occasions she talked and Marla took it as a ‘yes’
  90.
  91. >But her delicate rouge remained silent, was he getting cold feets? Great, but just when she was about to give him one of her motivational speeches (with her knuckles) a small circle of enchantation appeared in front of them, at first she thought it was the signal for the carnage to come, but judging by their enemies’ expression, they thought the same as her. Expectation filled the air until the circle completed itself, now ten times bigger than before and in a flash of light, ten imposing guardians wearing green, bright and pristine armors appeared before them, their golden capes had the royal family’s crest on them
  92.
  93. >For the first time in a good time, Marla felt fear, these guys were not a pushover, her mom was a former royal guard so she knew how to recognize one, even crippled as she was, Margo could still beat her daughter with just one hand, and the Roberts’ heiress was sure that her mom was holding back just to not harm her
  94.
  95. >If a former, crippled, out of shape royal guard was that powerful, then how much was one on his prime? And there were ten of them, she never liked the expression ‘last stand’ but this…
  96.
  97. >And Lyle who remained quite as dead was driving her crazy
  98.
  99. >”Thanks goodness you guys came!” exclaimed the noble, they just came here to lend him their support, isn’t? There was not anymore explanation than that one “these criminals attacked me and cause chaos to all the poor citizens under my care! Please smite them with all the law’s power!” to attack a noble was punishable was death, McAllister knew it, and he was planning to use it, after all nobody was going to betray him here, he has everyone in his pocket, he was playing the role of a poor and gentle noble who was attacked by a bunch of thugs and now the king not only would had to be nice with him for allowing dangerous animals like those ones to run free through the kingdom but maybe he could also get him to low his taxes for a while, so he and his people could recover from this trauma.
  100.
  101. >what a good lord he was
  102.
  103. >But the guardians were not moving and remained still as statues
  104.
  105. >”What are you guys waiting for?! Arrest them?!” yelled the count, only to be ignored
  106.
  107. >Then a slow, mocking clap begun to sound, everyone turned to see the blond rogue with a hardened expression on his face
  108.
  109. >”You disgusting pig” said Lyle with a firm tone
  110.
  111. >”WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?!”
  112.
  113. >”I called you a pig, pig”
  114.
  115. >”MOTHERFUCKER!”
  116.
  117. >And he tried to attack him, but then the guardians who had been quiet until then, moved and all of them made a wall of unbeatable metal in front of Lyle and his group, whom had no idea what was happening
  118.
  119. >”I will call our glorious queen right now” said the rouge, much to the shock of everyone there, five of the guardians moved while the others remained in defensive position, one of them took a crystal ball from his bag and handled it to the small boy, then, using the ring on his left hand, the long haired boy touched the ball which started to glow, after a few seconds, the image cleared and the face of Lola Loud appeared in it
  120.
  121. >”Well, well, dear nephew, how are you doing?” asked the blonde goddess with her sweet voice. This coupled with the royal guards kneeling at the crystal ball was a shower of frozen water to everyone there
  122.
  123. >”I just found what you asked me to”
  124.
  125. >”So, it was true?”
  126.
  127. >”Yes, everyone here is miserable, they are treated like animals and for what I have seen woman are used as playthings for him and nothing more”
  128.
  129. >”Is that so? Well, excellent work! We will fix that right now, gentlemen, you know what to do” and with that the metal wall moved and grabbed the count who was dragged kicking and screaming, not understanding what happened but having a brief idea and he was terrified for it, nobody moved to defend him, nobody
  130.
  131. >”Still, using teleport magic just for this, are you nuts, aunt?”
  132.
  133. >”Please, those jewels will never be more important than my dear nephew” and with that, the jewel on Lyle’s ring broke “Don’t forget to make sure that everyone there know that ‘you’ saved that land, okay honey?” winked Lola at him, and the image faded
  134.
  135. >Sighing, Lyle returned the ball to the guard but when he turned around Marla lifted him roughly from his shirt, the remaining guardians tensed but their prince lifted a hand to kept them in place
  136.
  137. >”You, you are a noble?” asked Marla with a mixture of rage and…fear?
  138.
  139. >Yes, he had a lot of explanations to do
  140.
  141. >In the near woods and hiding from view, McAllister had his face red and blue, red for all the blood he had lost that day, and blue due the metal covered hand that was strangling the life out of him
  142.
  143. >The next days everyone in that land found out how Prince Lyle and glorious Queen Lola saved them for that tyrant’s grip and they became their new heroes.
  144.
  145. >The lands belonged now to the queen and the lifestyle improved dramatically
  146.
  147. >But just a few knew about the blood, treason and intrigues that was the base of those people's salvation
  148.
  149. >But Queen Lola, graceful as always, made sure that that place was just a step into Lyle's right path to become the next king
  150.
  151. >And the next step for Leia to be the next Queen.
  152.
  153. >The end
