Ilya Tsunopin

Ilya Tsunopin and his assistant Dr. Balthazar Grey are lying naked on a hotel room, somewhere in middle of the Quebecois Arctic. The room is dimly lit, with marijuana fumes filling the air.

Ilya: Uh, doc? Did we really have to pick this place for our weekend off? Like can't we just go back to the 69X-city or just travel to Neu Engollon to what whatever the rugby tournament they have there?
Balthazar: This isn't just about you, kid. I have a wife and children too, believe it or not. Don't you have parents you look up to as well?
Ilya: Well, I do...but they aren't really home either. Dad's usually out in nightclubs promoting his latest ideas, and mum goes off-road riding somewhere else in Sonnel.

Balthazar: That's interesting. Drawkland or Juvencus, mind if I ask?
Ilya: *shrugs* I don't know, never asked her on that. She does bring home a lot of interesting animals and foodstuff, before giving me a nice haul of swear words to add.
Balthazar: *lights a cigarette* Yeah, I know that feeling. Mayu's a great driver, don't get me wrong, but I used to get verbal threats from her every day Team Tsunopin had to go through our drives together. Not as bad as Anton your dad though or lord forgive...Marco Hertel.
Ilya: Father says he's a great player himself.

Balthazar: I mean, he still is. But it comes with a bad temper too...and you are in every one bit like them.
Ilya: It's not my fault we are still taking ]=['32r2443728ingly forever with getting the procedures done for WGP2. I just wanna drive, have a good time and maybe get to meet new people and travel a bit more. Maybe not just as a tourist, for something 7894}[]];]ing more. You know what I mean, right?
Balthazar: Of course I do. It's just I had to take a while to get the paperwork ready for you, my client, because sometimes it's just be like that. You aren't a Quebecois, but you often base yourself there and letting any paperwork done from Atlantian Oceania to Sonnel's a nightmare these days thanks to Foxchester Accords. So bear with me here while I'm solving the situation out.
Ilya: Then how come Bryce Yannec already got the testing offer from Scuderia Orange Cow?
Balthazar: Well he's he, and you are you! The Mertagnian I could care less about right now, but he doesn't have any big pile of paperwork to hand it to the government back in 69X City which I'm already doing it for you.
Ilya: Right, sorry about that.

Balthazar: It's fine. Some things are just painful to deal with, especially because you have some grey areas on your documents. Have we already covered you causing trouble with Sherpaland authorities over free distribution of Kai Qiang fanfics right?
Ilya: No....but do we need to? They aren't involved in the WGP2, no?
Balthazar: Nope, but it's still not fun when we have to explain why you aren't going to cause trouble abroad. The 7s team had to clarify that Eevee May weren't going to infect humans and turn them into a hybrid, or that Papa Smurf didn't have his assets locked due to unpaid alimonies. I know you are a good guy at heart Ilya, I 362477ef3f5ing do, but it's sometimes a pain in the ass to deal with you here.
Ilya: I see. No worries on that. Anyhow, can we please at least do something about? I really want to see if I could drive somewhere. Anywhere would be fine, you know the u84891209iring money's not a 5t\[;32[;4;[4ing issue here...

Good evening, sir or madam. My name is Ilya Tsunopin, and I am a 16-year old driver from 69X City, Sixty-ninE-X. After reaching my initial goal, which was to win the Quebecom Grand Prix and the Formula-Queb series, I have decided that it is my time to pursue my next goal in the WGP2 and eventually the WGPC. With that in mind, I would like to declare my interest in a test and/or negotiations from your team.
