Dear John,
As we discussed, using the space you provided in your drawing, we are
attaching a drawing of how the dealer would look given Hyundai’s
standards.  As you can see, it is a simple, small, boutique-style
dealership that will cater to the St. Thomas market very well and will
enhance the brand’s and dealer image.  I am also attaching a sample
drawing of a showroom of what is the standard, of course, we would
down-size according to the space available.  With your acceptance of this,
we can eliminate the option of you having to find another location (Phase
3) and you can begin construction immediately, giving you the opportunity
to begin sales much quicker than the previous plan.  Please give me your
input as soon as possible since I am targeting June 12th to go and sign
the Parts & Service Agreement (Phase 1).
