discord admin comes down to someone who I know I can put 100% trust in. I think most of my yellow tagged admins are pretty damn trustworthy....but I wouldn't hand Owner over to all of them

I already gave her owner and she was 100% trustworthy with it
someone that I can give my account details to in case a person gets temp-admin when I am asleep and demotes all/insides is pretty valuable
esp since her morning/afternoon is when I am sleeping

I get that you don't trust her man and I would never ask her to come to 20 in any capacity

however, I was going to talk to you about giving her the yellow tag after this raid next week
because I feel like if we pull this off and 20 is there in full force and she doesn't sabotage anything then it's pretty clear that she is over whatever drama went on at server 20 over a month ago

yeah and that's all due to everyone saying she's an insider lol. I got told completely inaccurate information which made me drop the allied tribe her shit was in and resulted in 13+ of her tames dying
all because some people were jumpy and didnt trust her
and I jumped to "protect the tribes interests" and made the best decision I could with the (wrong) information I had
the only thing she did here besides that was steal back all the shit that lucasios friend took from us, plus about 2x more lol

I think the biggest difference between shrek is that (as far as I know) shrek has no interpersonal relationships within the tribe that essentially tie his loyalty to Origin. Dinoqueen does....with myself. She's a bit quirky sure but I like that and we both care about fitness a lot + we are both in Pharmacy School. We have a lot of random shit in common that made it easy to become friends. I've talked to her on video chat a few times to show her my dogs (we both are kinda crazy about dogs as well) and at this point if she somehow got owner of server 20 (which would never happen, obviously) I know that she wouldn't do anything with it.
She's a good friend and a useful member here..and like I said man, I don't expect you to trust her because you don't have the first hand knowledge that I do...but I do expect that you trust me in some capacity to make decisions that help the tribe, not hurt it
I wouldn't put so much time into this shit if I was going to throw it away over one of many many hot chicks in the world

the issue is these members of yours also don't know what I know. They also don't seem to respect me or the position I have in the tribe which I find interesting since I am literally the person who created this tribe. I owned 3 servers in Legacy and never had this issue so I'm not sure where I went wrong here....maybe just simple personality clashes
I mean at this point the best thing you can do is put on a show for your guys and tell them that I convinced you to trust DQ after a long talk....tell them to "keep an eye on her" and reassure them that she won't be coming to 20.
ensuring that your guys aren't worried/stressed about something they percieve as stressworthy is another part of the leadership job, regardless of the method. It all comes down to us keeping shit in control
