Azure's Random Weapon Hut

Foreword: This was just a random idea that came to mind early in the morning when discussing things with the remnants of
SplatERA available at that time. The overall idea was to create kits where the baseline level of flexibility/silly was higher
among all classes while also reassessing some stuff that already exists in game. I'm not putting this out because I feel like
"this is best", "muh balancing", or anything like that. This is just a fun "if Azure J was allowed to make kits, what would you think of them?" exercise.

Notes:
- I've combined the primary kit and variant kit under the banner of the base weapon.
- If a weapon has ??? listed, I do not play the base weapon enough to feel as though I could change anything about it in an informed manner, even in this what-if scenario.
- Kits that are the exact same to stuff in the current game are tagged with an asterisk. These kits were evaluated as being strong/flexible/"perfect" enough that they could still coexist in this "what-if" scenario.
- Some kits have multiple concepts.
- I didn't include new *base* weapons that haven't been introduced. I didn't think it would be a good idea suggesting things for weapons we don't already have the feel for.
- If a main weapon has a kit in game already, I looked at the data mine for its alternate kit and built from there.
