Advertising:
This is when someone writes an IP address of another server , for example (12.12.12.12:00000) or (play.blabla.net), which is considered a advertising.
because you attract the attention of players on the server to another server, or anything that not related "SynexMC" words, that person will get an instant ban. If you are Helper you should save a screeshot or a record of the player who were advertising + screenshot his IGN.

Spamming:
This is when you say 3 times the same sentence in chat, less than 15 seconds. and a staff-member will give you a warning following by a temporary mute if you are caught spamming.

Hacking:
Hacking has always been the biggest problem of all servers, any client which is illegal or uses a real hack, if you are caught you get a temporary ban.
Before banning someone, you must to freeze him by typing /freeze <User> and screenshare him.
If you found cheats, ban him for 7 days, else, unfreeze him by typing /freeze <User>

Helper  must record hackers/screensharing for proof.
I suggest to ALL the staff record their screenshares and hackers, just in case.



Mute Evading:
This could include previosly being muted/tempmuted by a staff member and putting up something in AH with a name that may provoking the staff member or anything along or use /report with the reason "unmute me" or tpa the staff member and use signs while muted or join the server with other account.
anything along those lines will result in 20 minutes temporary ban.

Staff Disrespect:
When a player does not respect, defy or even curse a staff member  for no reason, he will be punished. And the staff do a very hard job of keeping the server alive, there is no reason for them to receive such a treatment.

Leaking Personal Information:
If a player/staff posts private information of another player/staff without his consent (Pictures, Family names, Address, Phone number, Facebook, location, IP address), it will result in a heavy punishment.

Server Drama:
Asking staff information that my be kept in secret  for a reason about the server and then making up Drama on the server about that could considered as server drama and could potentially get a player banned off the server. but before you are deciding to ban the player, you can ask him to calmdown and to stop causing Drama.

DDOS / DDOX Threats:
If you threaten the server, Example: if you are going to misdirect or spam bot the server or begin to threat the players
or the staff members to hack their accounts or crash them, you will get an instant ban.

Suicide Encouragament:
This is when you tell someone in private message or in chat  to kill them selfs "kys" aka "kill your self" or "i hope you die". You will be warned followed by a tempmute.

Racism:
We are not a greedy server and do not judge anyone by apperance or color, our server is freedom of speech. When  racism from a player become excessive, this is when action should be taken. if you  will do that you will be warned followed by a tempmute.

Staff Impersonation:
Staff impersonation is simple, If you are caught impersonating a staff member, such as making your nickname "Sp0kinq" or "Eqze" or "MattyBoi69" or "RotemSela" or "Owner/Helper/Moderator etc..." or even something familiar or any other method of impersonating staff.
And I have seen plenty of new ways to impersonate, You will be -

Language:
We are not a toxic server so if you are caught using those senteces : "F you" "Mother f", I will f you up"

Glitch/Bug Abuses:
When a player find a bug or a glitch and does not report or report it and using it for his own, for example: found a glitch into a base or glitch in ftop and abusing it or any other method of Glitch/Bug Abuses.
The player who will use it to his own stuff will be banned from our Network for 3 weeks.

Chat Flooding:
Chat flooding is a similar section as Spamming, for example: If a player writes LLLLLLLLLLLL or GGGGGGGGGGgggg in the chat more than 15 lattes, or writes in chat 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 without giving a certain reason before he will be warned following by a tempmute by the staff members.

Staff Not/Allowed things:
Staff are not allowed to change their nickname for example: /nick Sp0kinq SuperMan
You are allowed to have 1 colored nickname and underscore if u want.
Staff  are able to have only 1 chatcolor "Aqua"
