  1. 7:00 am
  2. Dear Diary, it's me Song-Hui Peng. Mommy was annoyed at me for being on the phone during class yesterday, so she brought me this new notebook to channel my energy into something more productive. I doubt I'm ever gonna use this, but whatever.
  3.
  4. 7:30 am
  5. I'm putting on my favorite shirt, it has a ducky on it. I love duckies, they are free to do whatever they want and can fly free as a bird. Oh, I guess they are birds.
  6.
  7. 8:00 am
  8. Mommy is awake now, I should probably get ready before bath time. I hope she made bread, bread is the best food in the world.
  9.
  10. 8:30 am
  11. I've taken a shower, got dressed and packed my things. Mommy came into my room, it's bath time now. She licks me all over my face, tickling me, but I don't want to disturb her. When bath time is over, I noticed Mommy's tongue felt rougher than usual. I scratch my head and pull something out, something horrifying. A single strand of purple hair. I hope Mommy hasn't been playing with the clown man again.
  12.
  13. 9:26 am
  14. While on our way to school, Mommy plays her traditional music on the car radio, singing the lyrics. I join her because it's fun. Mommy has a beautiful singing voice.
  15.
  16. 10:00 am
  17. We arrived at school, Mommy holds my hand so I don't get lost. I don't like how the smaller kids stare at us, I want to fly away from here.
  18.
  19. 10:05 am
  20. I hit my head on the doorframe. Ow.
  21.
  22. 10:30 am
  23. Mommy is teaching a lesson. She asks me to pass out papers. The flower girl, the bear girl and the Canadian thank me. They are nice.
  24.
  25. 11:00 am
  26. The brown haired girl in the blue jacket has been staring at me for awhile now. What if she knows I'm writing about her in my notebook, oh dear.
  27.
  28. 11: 20 am
  29. Mommy asked for a red marker. I handed it to her. I'm so good at my job.
  30.
  31. 11:50 am
  32. Class is over. I've been looking outside at the playground the whole time.
  33.
  34. 12:30 pm
  35. Lunch time. I wonder what the lunchrooms are like, since I eat in Mommy's classroom. I'm fine with not knowing.
  36.
  37. 1:00 pm
  38. I went to the bathroom. I ended up getting lost in the hallways. The hallway monitor chewed me out for being abled-bodied. I don't think I quite like him very much.
  39.
  40. 1:30 pm
  41. I waved hello to the wheelchair woman in the teacher's break room during recess. She seemed shocked and angry at first, but just gave me a lollipop and told me to get back outside. I didn't like the lollipop, but I don't want her to know.
  42.
  43. 3:15 pm
  44. School is over. The kids all push and shove each other to go home. Standing in the middle of it all, they try to squeeze around me. I'm like a rock in the middle of the ocean. I wonder if a duckie would land on me then?
  45.
  46. 4:00 pm
  47. Mommy and me are at the park. She is reading her romance books, so I get to feed the duckies at the pond! I love giving them bread and hearing them quack. I practice my quacks too.
  48.
  49. 4:20 pm
  50. Oh no. The green hat boy is getting too close to Mommy. I don't like him at all. I throw bread at him, hoping he backs off. The duckies see him covered in bread crumbs and fly over to peck at him, causing him to run away dejectedly. I win today green hat.
  51.
  52. 5:00 pm
  53. Mommy just told me very horrible news. She arranged a meeting with the clown man. I'm so angry, but not at her, I know she's just brainwashed by the clown man's antics. That's why circuses are so powerful.
  54.
  55. 5:30 pm
  56. We're here. I plead to Mommy that we should go to the Dougal Bakery instead, they have the best bread. She just laughs at me and we're invited inside by the clown man. He gives me a balloon in the shape of a giraffe. I thank him for it, not wanting him to know that I secretly hate him and his clown tricks.
  57.
  58. 6:00 pm
  59. Mommy and the clown man are watching a romantic comedy. Mommy has good tastes in movies, but I'm still mad we're here at all. If I were a duckie, I'd grad Mommy and fly all around the clown man's house, quacking as hard as I can so he get's annoyed. The little gay girl comes up to me and invites me to her backyard to play, I agree because she is nice.
  60.
  61. 6:10 pm
  62. The little gay girl brought her friend lego girl to play too. I'm a bit shy cause she seems to have a way more expansive vocabulary than me. We play pool trivia, where whoever wins get's dunked into the pool. The gay girl wins by a landslide. I guess that's why she was already wearing a swimsuit beforehand.
  63.
  64. 6:50 pm
  65. I excuse myself to the bathroom. I pull out the balloon giraffe and pop it, placing it's corpse in the sink. That'll show him.
  66.
  67. 7:30 pm
  68. It's been fun hanging out with these two, but they are too kissy kissy for my liking. Mommy says it's time to go and to thank the clown man for his hospitality. I may have lost the battle, but I'll win the war.
  69.
  70. 8:00 pm
  71. We're home. I'm tried after a long day, so I immediately sit on couch and take a small snooze. When I wake up, there's a plate of freshly warmed bread Infront of me. Mommy is so kind to me, I have to protect her from all the world's evils.
  72.
  73. 8:30 pm
  74. Mommy and I play patty cake, tag and I Spy together.
  75.
  76. 9:00 pm
  77. Mommy tucks me into bed and kisses me goodnight. I hide under the covers so I can continue to write in my notebook. This notebook is pretty cool, only issue is the lack of spa-
