  1. Hello there Flaming_Panda , This is your Initiate review….
  2.
  3. Structure:
  4. This is anything from houses to towers to castles. You have a structure, but it needs some depth. Depth is the layers within a structure that makes it more realistic. You can add stairs, fences, and slabs to any structure to add some depth. You can also create depth by pushing part of a wall backwards. This creates the illusion of the wall containing depth. Now you can add some detail to your structure. Detail is basically adding trap doors and buttons appropriately. Now that you have a basic structure, you can add some additional parts to your house, like a porch, chimney, window planters, a roof, doors, and windows. This will add to the structure and make it more appealing than just walls and a flat roof. You can also get away from flat walls and move more towards curved or rounded walls. It is harder to add depth, but is a good challenge for any builder. Also, you can use more blocks than just quartz. Try mixing the blocks up a bit.
  5. Terrain:
  6. This consists of anything involving the ground, like hills, cliffs, and caves. You have flat terrain, which is not appealing. Try adding more interesting terrain. To add terrain ,you can start out by creating an outline of a hill/cliff/etc. landscape to get an idea of what you want to create. Then you can place blocks to make the desired terrain. Make sure you make it somewhat random so it will not be flat or look like a stair case ( both are unattractive and unrealistic). Make sure it is not to boxy either as it will be awkward and unattractive. Now that you have terrain, you can add accessories, like waterfalls, lakes, caves, rock formations, craters and other features you desire. Most of this can cover any open areas you have on your plot or to make the terrain more unique. Make sure it is not to cluttered either, as this will make it look to messy and unattractive.
  7. Organics:
  8. This is anything living, like animals and trees. Your goal is to make sure you have no easy, spawned trees mad out of bonemeal. To do this, start out by creating a trunk. To make a trunk, you make a stick/line up towards the sky. It can curve it a bit as well. Then you add branched that are proportional to the trunk. If you want to create a larger tree, you can add both medium and small branches, or just smaller branches. Next, you can add some blocks to the base of the trunk to create roots. When adding leaves, make sure it does not resemble a shape, like a sphere or oval. This makes the tree look fake. The leaves should flow well on the branches and should be proportional to the rest of the tree created. When adding multiple trees on your plot, make sure the trees are not exact copies, but very similar in theme. A forest is not a bunch of trees that are exactly the same, but instead a group of identical trees. Make sure your trees are different in some way. This will make the plot look more realistic.
