Lightning Training I

(1)Jhin appeared immediately relieved when he realizes that he did not have a case of mistaken identity. The youth eventually retracts his hand, only to have it slip into his pocket. A curious gaze drifts toward the electricity within her palm, only for the illumination to detail a gentle smile forming upon his face. "Well, I didn't expect to run into you on my own. I suppose that's a bit of luck on my part. More importantly, would you mind teaching me a bit about this essence stuff? I'm no good at it, but I have a desire to learn." He explains, a hand rising to scratch the back of his head in a sheepish manner. It was evident he wasn't accustomed to asking for help.

(2) Jhin would shift slightly to follow Kikame's movements, pacing along the cobblestone with a curious gaze. He appears momentarily confused as she approaches a house of all things, but his mouth soon parts as she began to scale it. Defying gravity itself, his mouth gently parts in awe. "W...What?!" He mumbles, only to plant a hand against the wall once she had climbed to the top. It was a completely smooth surface, and it became abundantly clear that this was no trick, nor sleight of hand.

 (3) His eyes drift upward shortly after witnessing Kikame's ability to walk along the surface, and she had done so with minimal effort. All he had to do was direct essence into the soles of his feet, and ensure balance was properly acquired, right? "Easy!" He boasts, only to rush forward as he'd surge essence into the soles of his feet. As he launches forward, his feet would impact the house - only to propel him straight back into the pavement.

 (4) An audible 'thwack' is heard as he clatters along the ground, having instilled far too much essence into the action. If he was going to delve into the complicated studies of the lightning blessing, he would have to acquire control over something as simple as this technique! For now, he remains on the ground, nursing a small knot on his head as he rolls about frantically. IT would appear things would not be as simple as he originally believed. "HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

(5) Jhin appeared equally baffled when he didn't slam his head into the pavement below! He had been fully confident in his ability to conquer the scaling of a wall, but perhaps that was too big of an order. He had limited knowledge in terms of essence, let alone controlling it to a tee. He huffs lightly as he manages to flop upon the ground gently, and only his pride was hurt in the exchange. It was a humbling experience, to be sure.

(6) He weakly smiles, attempting to pick himself up as he glances up at the housing once more. "If I want to be able to manipulate lightning, I suppose that I'll have to figure out how to get this mastered, first. Learning a whole force of nature has got to be difficult, right?" He inquires, turning back toward her as he heeds her advice. "You're right. I'll head home and figure this out before I come back and bother you. You've been a great help, Kikame." Genuine praise is given, and while he had been met with an obstacle, it would only serve to slow him down for a little. A hand extends outward, lightly clapping her shoulder in a friendly manner. "I'll be a new man when we meet again!"
