To end all the drama behind Faint Gaming dying. I'm saying this on on here because this is something that I know the TF2 scene wants to know and something that needs to get said. To paint the picture about what happened in this season, lets go back to day one.

When we had the 1st line up with me, catface, tojo, deathy, dingo, meyy. We were stoked to be able the play one of the most hype seasons of invite in a long while. We were playing and having fun and all that good stuff. Then after playing a few scrims meyy decided to step down on his own terms and dingo was not wanted to commit to a team that was scrimming 5 days a week, so we decided to replace those 2 players with bear and campy. Two great friends of mine and super hyped to play with my "boy" campy again. Although me and campy being on the same team lead to me getting cut or the team dying on past rosters. I told him none of the bullshit with trying to get people cut ect. He seemed super genuine about it and we played for a few more nights. Not even a week into the new pick ups campy wanted to remove tojo saying that "he's not ready for top 4 invite and if we play with him were not going to get playoffs, he's under preforming in scrims." I was hesitate to do so because I wanted to keep the team stable but he did make a point as the season was about to start. So we decided to follow through and campy wanted to get yight so me being the nice guy I am (a retard) I told yight the same terms as campy. "None of the cutting bullshit we play the season with this roster." We started to scrim with the team and like before had no issues with the team for the first few days. Again not even a week into the new pick up I was told by campy and yight to try to remove catface from the team because he was doing poorly and we can pick phlps up to replace catface on top of that we can all go to LAN with this roster. I said no to removing catface from the team but as I said no yight and campy both said they would leave the roster if catface was still on the team by tomorrow nights scrims. Catface was cut for the reason "You cannot go to lan and this team wants to attend Episode 3 LAN." I was assured by campy and yight phlps can go to LAN so that made us think it was a good idea to remove catface from the team. So for the better of the team to live I was forced to side with them along with bear and deathy.

Fast forward to the start of the season. We play our first two matches no harm no foul. Playing scrims everything felt normal to us. After playing froyoblack 2.0 yight got upset after losing to froyoblack 2.0. After that he proceeded to leave the team and not say a word to anyone. Campy later called him and told him were cutting Deathy come back stop being a baby. Yight rejoined the roster that night. Bear had messaged deathy pretty much saying hes going to get cut by yight and campy because they think you are bad and not playing well. Deathy pretty much saw this coming and left the roster with no one lined up to replace him. After debating on who to get on pocket for the match vs Velocity we asked so many people to play the season out. After boiling down the options we ended with trip or broking. Phlps, campy and yight did not want to play with trip pretty much making broking our final option. We played with broking in our match and we played very well surprisingly.

Now this is pretty much were we knew the team was going to die. We scrimmed froyoblack in a scrim on tuseday and lost 3 maps to them. The team spoke about what happened after the scrim about what happened and we were sure we found the issue with me and broking both trying to maincall we were planning to fix the issue and move forward. Yight did not seem to like that because he left the team again the morning of the match vs froyotech. No one knew why he left I still don't know why but he could not rejoin the roster. At this point we knew we had 1 roster transaction left for the ENTIRE regular season so we got dingo to roam for us for the froyo match. Campy kept saying hes quitting, team is fin ect, and never spoke in the pregame or the match and said hes leaving the team after the match knowing if he leaves the team dies. Losing to froyo campy left the team removed everyone and blamed me for everything happening. I thought he was a good friend of mine but instantly acted like a asshole for zero reason, its like a switch went off in his head. I have no idea why he got mad and left but that's on his terms.

I know bear had the same struggles as me during the season listening to yight and campy complain every night about wanting to cut X player or leave the team. It's my fault allowing these players to create a toxic environment by being emo, saying they will cut people/leave the team. Bear and I honest to god tried everything we could to keep the team alive, and find people to replace whoever planned to leave or was going to get cut next. I did everything in my power to keep the team from exploding. I take full blame for 2 people being extremely immature and somehow letting it get this far. After season 26 I should have distanced myself away from these players so this would have been avoided but I wanted to play with my "boy" campy. It seemed too good to be true but I was fooled again and let campy and yight cut my roster away and I did not stop it. I let the community down by allowing this and if i make a team again or join a team it won't be with people who are this emotionally unstable and cant allow to lose or not make playoffs and create a safety net by cutting people to get better. I'm not asking for forgiveness because I know I fucked up and I know my mistake and it should never happen again. Lastly, I spoke to hobin about it and he said he would still sponsor TF2 in EU but since catface is the NA manager it's up to him to get a team that's stable to play for them which I trust him to do. Hopefully this cleared everything up and note to everyone who makes a ESEA team. Don't play on a team with emo weebs.
