How did you hear about us:
after being let go by my previous guild Echelon due to them not believing I would be able to keep up with them attempting to push into the top 150 and due to personal disagreements between me and the Guild Master, I started looking for guilds recruiting on Twising Nether as I would much prefer staying here over having to pay for a transfer.

What was the hardest boss you've faced and why?:
I personally believe that the hardest boss Ive faced(and killed) would be Mythic Avatar, the amount of trust in your fellow raiders is really put to the test because if they're not there placing their Unbound Chaos properly or if they're late in taking over the beam soaking, everything collapses ontop of you, for the hardest undefeated boss I would easily say Kil'jaeden, the amount of communication that is required between teams within the raidgroup is rather large, especially when it comes to soaking Armageddon & someone suddently calls for someone to soak theirs, quick reactions and knowing what your raidmembers will do is definitely key to surviving the encounter

Now I know these logs do not seem amazing or perfect, which is something I am very aware of and there is always room for improvement and min/maxing, if you look at the difference between overall damage and boss damage you can clearly see that I dont care for "high logs" or ranks, as we often went with 3x Fire mages I did not see any reason trying to increase my damage through aoe on bosses such as Harjatan, Mistress etc.

I have a working microphone and I am very vocal when it comes to raiding, between pulls I dont mind throwing out the occasional joke & during attempts I do not mind taking some of the burden off the raidleader & call out something that happens near me & might've been overseen.

I wish to join you as I want to get back into raiding asap, I would very much like a guild that is already progressing on Kil'Jaeden as the fight is rather dull(might be hard, but that doesnt mean enjoyable ;) )
