Brock: Put Nidoran in front, then switch into Squirtle on turn one and bubble. Use shift to put Nidoran back in front for Onix
After the fight, Nidoran should be lvl 8 and learn Horn Attack
Ideally the stats will be 16/13/15/13

Mart - sell TM34.
Buy 9 potions, escape rope, 2 paralyze heal

Change options from shift to set

Heal to full

Shorts guy: Leer, Horn Attack

Catch Spearow then Mt. Moon Center

Mt. Moon - Try and catch a Paras

Get TM12, Fight Supernerd

Teach water gun over tackle. If you run into geodudes, kill 2. Moonstone

Evolve to Nidoking

Mart - 3 super potions and 3 repels

Now go to the SS Anne.
Before the rival: swap repels to the second slot, use a super potion, and teach bubblebeam over water gun

Rival: horn attack x2, then thrash. If you get sand attacked, switch out
Get cut, then leave the SS Anne

If you have spearow and neither paras nor oddish, then go to the house directly north of the cut bush and trade spearow for farfetch'd
At the cut bush, teach cut to paras, then teach dig to paras, then use cut

Do trash cans, then fight surge
Surge: bubblebeam + horn attack, then thrash

Bike Voucher, Dig to Cerulean. Exchange the voucher for a bicycle. Bicycle to the first slot and teach thunderbolt to Nidoking over horn attack, head towards rock tunnel

Floor 4:
Sell Poke Balls, Nugget, Antidote (if you have it)

Floor 5 left guy:
Buy 10 xaccuracy, 2 xspecial, 10 xspeed

Roof:
Get freshwater and soda pop, exchange for TM13 and TM48, then buy another fresh water.

Floor 2:
Right guy: buy TM07
Left guy: buy 10 super repels

Get Fly

Switch super repels to the second slot

Teach Fly

Teach horn drill (TM07) over bubblebeam
Teach rock slide (TM48) over poison sting
Use super repel, switch XAccuracy to third slot
Swap xspeed to fourth slot

Fly to lavender

Lavender tower:
Rival: xacc, horn drill x5
Rock slide each of the 4 gastly and get both elixirs (one hidden)
Use Pokedoll

Rocket 1: bolt, bolt, rock slide. If you have very good special or good special and very bad attack, then bolt the golbat instead.
Rocket 2: xacc, drill, drill
Rocket 3: bolt, bolt, thrash

Get the pokeflute, then fly to celadon and take the center. Bike to silph.

Silph;
Take elevator to 10F.

Get rare candy and TM26 (earthquake)
Take the stairs to 9F, then go clockwise around the map hugging the wall until the teleporter (Sylux skip).
Teach ice beam (TM13) over rock slide
Teach earthquake (TM26) over thrash

Rocket (Arbok): earthquake
Rival: xspeed, xacc, drill, drill, earthquake, earthquake, drill
Rocket: ice beam, earthquake, ice beam
Giovanni: xacc, earthquake, drill, ice beam, drill

Dig out, bike west to snorlax. Use a super repel and the pokeflute.
Get the rare candy in the grass then hug the right wall.

Bike to the Safari Zone. Inside, use a Super Repel, get the Gold Teeth and HM03. Your items should now be full if you did everything right.
Dig out, then fly to Fuchsia.

Fuchsia Gym:
Juggler: earthquake, earthquake, earthquake, earthquake
Hug the right wall now while going around, use a super potion and elixir before the next fight.
Juggler: earthquake, earthquake + ice beam (on bad attack, you'll have to earthquake twice on Hypno)
Koga: xacc, drill x4

Give the gold teeth to the warden, then fly to Pallet.
Use a super repel, teach surf and strength to squirtle, use rare candies (should be lvl 43), then bike to the water and surf to Cinnabar

Go to the mansion. You'll need to super repel when you get to the basement, Rare Candy x2, Secret key, Dig, Celadon Gym

Beauty: ice beam
Erika: earthquake, ice beam, earthquake (on good special, you can ice beam all 3)

Fly to cinnabar

Gym: yes, no, no, no, yes, no (abbbab)
Blaine: earthquake x4. Arcanine is a damage range, if you miss it then use ice beam.

Dig out, then bike to Saffron gym.

Saffron Gym: diagonal, diagonal, down
Elixir before fighting Sabrina. If you have bad speed, then get some health also.
Sabrina: earthquake x4. If you have bad speed, xspeed on Mr. Mime.

Dig out on a warp panel, then fly to Viridian and bike to the gym. Don't step on any of the arrows.

Cooltrainer: ice beam
Guy who blocks you: ice beam x2, earthquake, ice beam x2
Exit the gym and reenter, then go to Giovanni
Giovanni: xspeed if your speed is terrible, ice beam, ice beam, earthquake, earthquake, ice beam x2

Exit the gym, super repel, then bike toward victory road.
Rival: xacc, xspeed, bolt x2, ice beam, drill x4 (Note that Pidgeot always uses agility)

Super repel after leaving the water before victory road.
Do the boulder puzzles in victory road.

At Indigo plateau: Deposit everyone but Nidoking, then take the center, then buy 10 or so full restores.

Lorelei: xacc, drill x5

Use ether on horn drill

Bruno: xacc, ice beam, drill, drill, ice beam, drill

Agatha: xacc then xspeed earthquake everything but horn drill Golbat and Arbok. Be aware that she may switch in Golbat turn 1, in which case Horn Drill before setting up an x speed.

If you aren't full health, heal and elixir before lance. If you are full health, then elixir after lance.

Lance: xspecial, thunderbolt, xspecial, xspeed, ice beam x4 (dragonair will always use agility, and on good special you can cut the second xspecial)

Champion: xspeed, xacc, drill, earthquake, drill x4
