This statement will be a exposing “Coalesce Trivia” and their lies to customers even after given the chance to admit what they are doing and this will also cover how Colors Trivia is currently running. This will also be talking about the group Hexacop and how they hopped on to the bandwagon with lies in this situation

On the left is a trivia chat from a public server, and as you can clearly see that right after the first “3” was posted Coalesce automatically scored it as 55 and later when “3” was constantly getting spammed their score increased significantly also. If Coalesce was using they own “team” then why would it be constantly mimic this chat? This clearly shows that TAJ is lying to all his clients about how he is gathering results. “Coalesce Trivia” is not providing answers from “their team”. They are blatantly taking messages from public trivia servers without consent and claiming answers from them as their own.Along with that they even have the audacity to attack another trivia bot that is doing the same thing as them. https://gyazo.com/f201183cca88ca8da7ee719581621b76 Many of Coalesce customers are probably under the impression that they are getting answers from a team that is brought together by TAJ, but in fact they are receiving answers from trivia groups. TAJ is a liar, hypocrite, and in their own words a “thief” that is taking advantage of people who are undereducated on how most trivia bots work. I do not recommend anyone to do business with TAJ after all the lies and horrible customer service he provided. I am sure this is not the first lie he has

Colors Trivia works on a system where once a command or something alike is typed it will reset the scoreboard and post a message and edit it for 10 seconds. For HQ, we have completely automated and introduced a web searching bot into our answers. All our other answers are scraped with our set of sources and NO OTHER BOTS. Since it is basically impossible to ensure that all games are run without having access to each trivia game’s backend, we are relying on manual labour from our team and other bots to help trigger when to start looking for answers and posting. Many may be questioning this method of running our games, but I see this as something similar of the way that is used to gather results. This is our effort in providing consistent support for the games we support. If you do not approve of this method then you should not approve of any bot scrapes answers off any chat.

This is my experience with dealing with Hexacop. Colors Trivia was hired by soft&wet#9223 for Hexacop in the early April of this year. It was a smooth 30 days with no complaints. This would have been a message I would have been concerned about if they were still doing business with us, but this was just someone who was joining the bandwagon. Our services with Hexacop was ended early May, and we provided our end of the deal without and issues or complaints within the 30 days. Now, a couple weeks after we split, they are acting as if we were still conducting business, and said that they will chargeback for a service that was already provided and fulfilled without complaints.
