  1. [13:35] Ironic is it not? It had been a long time since she visited the Dreadwoods and to think two people happen to walk out of it. She knew that things were going to become troublesome, but then again that was the way of Esshar. Trouble often came when they least expected it.
  2.
  3. How ironic that they wanted a tribute, but alas she didn't follow Nyx or the Ebon Dragon. Instead the girl simply decided to take Nanzo up on his offer. She had no intentions of giving them anything from her pockets. No items or coin but instead...
  4.
  5. Simple violence!
  6.
  7. Without saying a word to him since Deity was going straight for Philomena the ookami girl went for Nanzo. There was no warning from the girl, instead she just drew her gun and started shooting at the elder.
  8.
  9. Was it rude? Yes, and could be considered a low blow, but there was no honor in the way she fought.
  10.
  11. All Minami wanted to do was simple she wanted to take any advantage she could get. If she could have any chance for victory the girl gladly chance it.
  12. (Minami)
  13.
  14. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  15.
  16. [13:47] Nanzo might have been going for Clag, in truth if he'd reached them after witnessing the fusillade of bullets started to pelt his frame and his attention shifted with all the excitement of a housecat being given something to hunt.
  17.
  18. Bullets clanged and dinged off his armor as the monster shifted gears and started to charge at the youth. Meeting their raw violence in turn with an onrushing wave of occultic might. Had he been expecting any of them to start shooting him?
  19.
  20. No, not at all!
  21.
  22. Still, as the very earth began to taint into a deep purple as the filed blossomed into a verdant flowers, each a deep lavender hue but what was so strange was the mouth or eyes that opened as they did so. These were some very corrupt flora!
  23. (Nanzo)
  24. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  25.
  26. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  27.
  28. [14:07] Drakanitke threw herself into battle with the dark being, repeatedly hitting her dragon claws with powerful attacks.
  29.
  30. As she promised herself, all her magic was used only to strengthen her body, no fantastic spells, pure martial arts enhanced with mana flowing through her muscles…
  31.
  32. Despite her mastery, it was still not enough, the practice never ends, practice until you are the best, practice to stay the best.
  33.
  34. The opponent's magic overwhelmed the woman, occult magic defeats a woman by taking her strength and will, the unarmed warrior has been defeated.
  35.
  36. Philomena falls, without strength, to the mercy of the oponent.
  37. (Philomena)
  38. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  39.
  40. [14:11] The earth shook once he kicked off of it and barreled down upon the young gunslinger. All the while as bullets seemed to bounce and ricochet off his body the heavy nyeshk armor and blue-steel mask offering protections from such things. No doubt specifically hardened to deal with the Cogs usage of the weapons.
  41.
  42. That gap was closed all to fast and with it the Tyrant's strength was put on display. The back of his hand came to collide with the side of her face. Sending her hurtling into the distance, to crash into a tree. Yet, the fighting was not done. Merely continuing as the Tyrant spoke.
  43.
  44. "You damn children, you don't know who I am do you? I am Nanzo the Mighty, the wise, the TYRANT!" As he roared his hand extended and a flurry of vines shot forwards to drag the gunslinger back to him. No doubt her struggles where frantic and her shots to try and disengage from such a fate were well placed but in the end? The Chosen of Nyx's mastery over nature was to great.
  45.
  46. "I could crush so many of you but I give chances for you to walk away. I ask for paltry gifts, I give chances to surrender, and yet you fight." As she was brought closer the Tyrant's hand shot down to simply grip the front of her face. Yanking the girl from the dirt in what was showing to be a hidiously one side battle.
  47.
  48. "You will never forget again who you have faced." As he spoke the very earth cracked, as the veil between life and death was broken into. Eyes and mouths, and faces galore from the depths of Hel to the peaks of the stars gazed upon the youth as Nanzo laid forth a baleful curse.
  49.
  50. "Jiak, Nanzo, bleukuk upon lat avrue ukighav ro gith avhinguk nalkrulji ayh agh ukhall be. Wiavhin avhe ukhade lat ukhall gimb Nyx agh wiavhin lav-li embrace lat ukhall become greaavas agh greaavas auk avhe primacausan ro yr life comeuk avo fruiavion. No, go agh live for avhe moavhas avhaav begeav gith avhinguk!"
  51.
  52. Then he simply dropped the girl in the dirt.
  53.
  54. "Deity, finish you're playing with them. I grow bored." His gaze shifted to Clag for a moment.
  55.
  56. "Report to the Dreadwoods and off surch services to the wretches that live there. I will accept that tribute."
  57. (Nanzo)
  58. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  59.
  60. [14:12] Nanzo whispers to Minami: ( I, Nanzo, bless upon you true sight of all things which are and shall be. Within the shade you shall find Nyx and within her embrace you shall become greater and greater as the primacy of your life comes to fruition. No, go and live for the mother that beget all things!)
  61. [14:39] The earth shook and the ice begin to freeze the area. Indeed she didn't stand a chance aiming to maintain the distance between him and herself. The power of Nyx was over whelming to her and was on a much higher level than she had ever faced before.
  62.
  63. Each bullet bounced off the armor only to be reloaded with time magic never taking a single moment to reload her gun. Yet even with that advantage her efforts were for naught considering her bullets couldn't pierce his defenses. It was agonizing and once she was caught the beat down began.
  64.
  65. And that's when she believe she was going to die while being granted the delusions. She was panting while receiving a blessing forcefully. Her body was getting weaker while her eyes seemingly gaze upon the spirits of the spirt realm.
  66.
  67. This was the second time something like this happen to her, but this time it was much more intense than her prior fight. She kneels down for a moment gathering herself before moving to make her escape. In the event they decided to fight someone else she had no intentions of sticking around.
  68. (Minami)
  69.
  70.
  71. [15:10] Zoraia felt fell energy resonating through the air as she travelled from Osrona to the Café on her daily patrol. With her shadow having been fully fixed via precise applications of magic, she feels stronger than ever and is more than willing to investigate. It is difficult to pinpoint what the energy feels like exactly until she gets closer, but two things are certain. First, it is occult in nature. Second, it is *familiar*.
  72.
  73. She quickens her pace and eventually crosses the bridge, coming to the scene itself... just in time to see Som'nium begging and crying for her child to be returned to her. At the same time, in the far distance, Zoraia sees the creature known as Deity enveloping and dragging off a Drakanite. A hand is placed on her whip and she mentally prepared herself, not quite sure of what's going on.
  74.
  75. Then, she spots them. First, the deadly creature Nanzo the Mighty. Second, an Occultist that seems to have been fully corrupted by the energies. She doesn't engage them quite yet, though. She's beyond just attacking wildly at this point... she needs more information. At the same time, she can't just do nothing.
  76.
  77. Her Holy aura suddenly explodes around her, quaking the earth and pouring through her body as she empowers herself. Her helm is retrieved from her bag and placed upon her head... and she storms towards the scene. The Deity is too fast and too far to engage, so perhaps she could engage what she presumes are its allies. Just verbally. For now.
  78.
  79. "...Tell me what has happened. Now."
  80. (Zoraia lei Vieland)

  90.
  91. "...Tell me what has happened. Now."
  92. [REPOST BECAUSE I FORGOT THAT I WAS DOING DIFFERENT COLOURS FOR SUPER MAGI]
  93. (Zoraia lei Vieland)
  94.
  95. [15:19] The elder mutant takes a long drag off his cigarette as he notices Zoraia approaching, taking a note of his attire, having taken a neutral approach and trying to convince the others that they kids weren't enemies was the only thing he had done to this point.
  96.
  97. However now? With the Osronian approaching? The old Knight couldn't just sit around. The grandfather would exhale as he eye'd the knight, hand resting on the hilt of his blade as he cracked his bones slightly.
  98.
  99. "I told them... They weren't enemies... But... It mattered not... You however... are" The seventy one year old announced as he came into ear shot of the individual.
  100.
  101. "You don't... Have authority here... I suggest... Leaving." He stated slowly as he stepped forward, normal interactions with Light wasn't one that would head in this direction but, the people of Osrona, the people of the Order and the Church has prosecuted him for most of his life.
  102.
  103. Old Knights never forget who they were at war with either, and though Zoraia and Light probably deep down wanted to save Philomena, old enemies have always been Light's main priority.
  104. (Light Delarosa)
  105. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  106.
  107. [15:22] Shifted and with that shift his gaze settled upon the Holy Magi, one that he recalled clashing with before. It had taken place a few years ago but he distinctly remembered how difficult that battle had been. How he'd had his victory snatched from his grasp by a last second burst of power.
  108.
  109. It was a burst that he'd not expected and yet it was enough. Now though? He had fully awoken back to his strength. Perhaps age and a life-time of injuries had slowed him but it was not enough to pacify the old Tyrant. "The Child is gone, you've no hope of reclaim them without something worthy of Deity's wants."
  110.
  111. As he spoke the fragile nature of reality around him began to crackle and crick, crumbling slightly as his focus narrowed. His ear twitched and Light's response was given in turn and it couldn't help but bring a smile from the monsters lips.
  112.
  113. "You speak Truth Light, but allow me to take this one. I have an old score I wish settled." His hand rose in a motion to stop the mutant-knight. Himself though? That same hand trailed back to grip the hilt of Helheim Warden. As the accursed blade was pulled free the screams of those blighted souls trapped within echoed outwards in pain and terror.
  114.
  115. Shards of reality had given way and spirits from beyond looked over the Tyrant's shoulders and gazed upon the Osronan. "You are to suffer the fate of Miles, for all those other wretchs your hands have wrung." With that the Tryants form shifted and much like when he'd fought Minami a moment ago the earth shook as the Mighty One rushed forwards into the fray of battle.
  116. (Nanzo)
  117. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  118.
  119. [15:23] Light Delarosa says, "Home..."
  120. [15:24] Oshiro Emiri says, "I will head back and check on things"
  121. [15:31] Light Delarosa says, "No... Home... The real home... Not where... We gather..."
  122. [15:31] Light nods.
  123. (Light Delarosa)
  124. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  125.
  126. [15:31] Light Delarosa whispers something.
  127. [15:31] "You would let a young woman be taken by an ultimate evil, then. I see." The golden light around Zoraia's form flashes brightly as Nanzo withdraws the Helbound blade. The screams echoing from it are haunting, and are certainly a taste of what she'd meet if she were to fall at its hands. This only bolsters her determination to achieve victory against the creature.
  128.
  129. A glance is given to the old man standing behind him. "I have no quarrel with you, unless you too seek to enable a ravenous monster that only knows hatred, death, and pain." She isn't judging him for his status as a Mutant. No, she'll judge him by his actions, and from here she feels as if his actions are supporting the would-be God.
  130.
  131. The Knight's voice booms out from beneath her helmet, the runes upon it igniting in a golden glow once her aura is fully powered up. She quickly shifts into a combat-ready position, whip retrieved from her belt. "Miles' fate was unwarranted and unjust, Nanzo. I did not kill him, but I buried him personally." The man did much harm and regretted nothing. That did not mean he deserved to die.
  132.
  133. She knows she'll be forced to defend herself. Nanzo is a creature of pure and focused rage, and she knows now not to underestimate him or assume him to be a brute. He had taught her many valuable lessons in combat, and she would be applying those lessons to their battle today.
  134.
  135. Zoraia makes ready to parry that vicious, oncoming blow!
  136. (Zoraia lei Vieland)
  137. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  138.
  139. [15:38] {Won Dangerous RPB against Zoraia lei Vieland}
  140. [15:38] ** Nanzo has inflicted an injury upon Zoraia lei Vieland. ("Temporary Injury", "Temporary Injury", "Temporary", "Duration: Medium (2 days)") **
  141. [15:43] Light takes a long drag off his cigarette, he wonders where they could be.
  142. (Light Delarosa)
  143. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  144.
  145. [15:53] Light shakes his head, he didn't really have a better plan. He was just advising against the one presented.
  146. (Light Delarosa)
  147. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  148.
  149. [15:56] As he moved the world seemed to bend to his will. Be it reality itself reshaping around him as the veil between the living and the dead was worn thin. Eldritch monsters from the void staring at the display, perhaps even within those endless darkness Nyx herself still peered at her chosen as he continued the endless fight against all those who had harmed her children.
  150.
  151. It was their initial clash as the two magi, one of the pure and the other the corrupt, clashed in brilliant sparking of mana. "Unjust!? What does an Osronan know of Justice! Your wretched city has been a plague upon Esshar for so long and need simply crumble!" With that roar his foot kicked out to push her back, gaining the space as his left hand weaved through a myriad amount of hand-signs.
  152.
  153. Curses and hexes whispering from between blackened lips as the monster continued his clash with Zoraia. Working to undermine her Holy protections while at the same time strengthen his own. It was a difficult dance to partake within and it was clear this young champion was up to the task of defusing his litany.
  154.
  155. "Bahaha! Now, of course those curses wouldn't work on you." As he shouted the flashes of lift and raw spiritual power were cast back and forth. Each seeming to claim dominion over the darkness and the light. Back and forth struggling for control of the field.
  156.
  157. "Ahaha, you're so fun!" The words where a war cry as his form dashed forwards, like a battering ram knocking the Knight into the dirt. "You buried? Good, I had thought you Osronans lacked the proper respect for such things. Worry not, I will give you a burial fitting of the Mighty." As he spoke Helheim was dropped, the magic sword seeming to be grasped from the tears in reality and pulled into some form of pocket while Nanzo's hands gripped the Zoriai's neck and her legs.
  158.
  159. Pulling her up from the ground in a smouth fashion as he hefted the woman over his shoulders. Pulling her forwards like a piece of work out equipment, no doubt the pain would be immense and the strain on her spine unbearable but it was in that close proximity that she'd have the chance to flash his eyes with the light.
  160.
  161. Blinding him in that moment and gaining the ability to pull away and gain distance. Was she running though?
  162. (Nanzo)
  163. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  164.
  165. [16:06] Jikanu says, "Im going to go back to the cafe. I have someone there. Som the she is coming back. If you wish to speak i will be there."
  166. [16:12] Zoraia is left dazed and confused by the sudden ram by the Champion of Nyx. Paradoxically, Nanzo has outwitted her by being brutish- she had expected something far more tactical rather than the sudden charge followed by a pin. Then again, she has done much of the same herself, leveraging her obscene strength to defeat her enemies. It was a good tactic, it worked out for her, and it worked out for Nanzo.
  167.
  168. She tries to push herself up, but the creature is upon her within an instant, and she feels herself being lifted into the air. While her helmet is completely impervious to attacks thanks to the Arcanium and the skilled runes not to mention the /other/ things imbued into it, her body most certainly doesn't share that particular property.
  169.
  170. She feels the light slowly fade away around her body as the pain floods through her. Truth be told, it's absolutely excruciating, and she isn't quite sure how she's held herself back from screaming to this point. Closing her eyes, she thinks about just accepting her fate now for the briefest of moments. Oblivion...
  171.
  172. No. No, she can't die here. She won't die here. Nanzo feels his flesh sizzle and the ground quake beneath him as her Holy aura suddenly ignites once more. Via swift and powerful movements aided by pure Holy mana, Zoraia works her way out of the grapple and turns on Nanzo. With her body imbued with power, she forcefully shoves him away, sending him flying backwards.
  173.
  174. She shouldn't be standing. She shouldn't even be alive, after what Nanzo did to her. But she is, fuelled by Holy mana, determination, and the human will to survive. "I won't... die... so easily." Her legs shake for a moment, and nearly give out from beneath her from the pain, but she endures. She survives.
  175.
  176. Her voice booms out again, though it's clearly far more strained. "Osrona… is unjust. You are right. I seek... to better it. To improve it. Will you stand in my way?" She takes a few steps backwards, staring Nanzo down. While she's inclined to run, as her body is just about broken, she's curious as to what he has to say.
  177. (Zoraia lei Vieland)
  178. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  179.
  180. [16:22] They possessed a haunting well of inner strength and perhaps that was something that the old monster felt a kinship with. After all, he may have been the closes thing to a Yokai that walked the world in over two hundred years but! He was also a man as his advanced age showcased.
  181.
  182. He was a mortal, pure and simple perhaps if he'd been something a little more than mortal he would have chosen that moment to weave a death curse, one that would end the life of his foe in another clash of cosmic might and hel magics.
  183.
  184. Yet, he didn't merely staring across the courtyard for a moment and then he spoke. "Myrios. Another who has died for what? Your city is not worth saving Zoraia the Golden Helmed. You are wasting your gifts, your power, for a fools dying dream." As he spoke of the golden city, mocking the efforts of the first Petrakis as he did so. They had thought a city of light would be formed from the old empires ashes?
  185.
  186. No, it was just a nightmare in white. "However, you are mighty and that I can appreciate. If more where akin to yourself and Sylas, warriors with stout hearts. Perhaps that city would be worth something." The old Tyrant shifted his footing for a moment.
  187.
  188. "Begone, least I end your life before the Pelleaux spawn have the chance." With that? He waved a hand in dismissal, still acting the part of the Tyrant.
  189. (Nanzo)
  190. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  191.
  192. [16:35] Depending on what Nanzo said to her- and depending on his actions- Zoraia might have re-powered herself and moved to attack him. However, the wise old tyrant's words give her pause and give her a moment to think. Even he had heard of what had happened in Osrona a small while ago... and even he could taunt her about what had happened.
  193.
  194. "It already *is* worth something... but excising the poison that infests it is difficult." While his focus on 'might' is concerning, he's right about the city not quite being full of stout-hearted warriors. There is very little room for nuance in their eyes. Very little understanding of others, or what true strength is. All they see is wickedness and enemies everywhere, and arguably they pay for it.
  195.
  196. While Nanzo can't see if under the shadows of Zoraia's helmet, the woman gives a small smile as he mentions the 'Pelleaux-spawn' ending her life. That's... one way to say Claudia's name, to be sure. Her breathing is somewhat laboured, but she swiftly replies. "She wouldn't... kill me. She... couldn't." A lot of confidence, a lot of determination, but will it go anywhere?
  197.
  198. Instead of walking off, her form seems to flicker for a moment. Suddenly, in the blink of an eye, she erupts into a bright flash of golden light and disappears entirely. She'd been focusing her mana and has been slowly concentrating on building it up for that impressive teleport. She's gone before the Tyrant- or his ally- can make any reply.
  199. (Zoraia lei Vieland)
