***Shipping is free for first class, $8 for priority, or $25 for express.

Send an email to labconnect@protonmail.com with your order and shipping address. We will respond with the order total and BTC payment address (be patient, we have other obligations). Once payment is confirmed, we will notify you and the pack will be shipped on the next shipping date. We ship three times a week, usually on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Sometimes extra trips are made on a case by case basis. We typically don't provide tracking numbers unless there is a delay or problem with delivery. It is suggested that you sign up for informed delivery with the postal service. If you are unable to sign up for informed delivery you can request that tracking be provided in your order email.
