The ArgonianTech Dead Ringer

Weapon Mod Idea:

The ArgonianTech Dead Ringer (Only equippable in left hand)

all incoming damage, including fall damage is mitigated by 75 percent, upon taking damage the player will have 10 seconds of invisibility, speed boost, and mobility, weapon recharges after 10 seconds of having it equipped,  can recharge faster based on player's illusion spell skill rating. dispenses a fake corpse upon activation.
