Server Rules

    [General]
    1.1. A player should choose an RP name. The administrating team will take you more serious with an RP name.
    1.2. Follow the New Life Rule. The NLR comes into effect when your player dies. You do not remember anything in your past life.
    1.3. As part of the NLR, you may not return to the place where you died for 5 minutes.
    1.4. Do not random deathmatch. That means, killing one, or multiple people without a reason.
    1.5. Hacking/cheating of any kind will result in a permanent ban.
    1.6. Respect the Administration team. Disobeying/disrespecting admins will be strictly handeled.
    1.7. Prop spamming of any kind will result in a permenant ban.
    1.8. Propminging is strictly not allowed. This means no Prop Climbing, Prop Surfing, Prop Blocking and Prop Killing.
    1.9. Do not metagame. Anything said in OOC (/ooc) , is Out Of Character.
    1.10. Bad Roleplay will not be accepted.
    1.11. Keep Out Of Character complaints and moaning to a minimum. Failure to do so may result in a kick or ban.
    1.12. Any kind of grief play will not be tolerated, use common sense.
    1.13. Use /advert for business purposes only. Police/Underground may use it for recruitment/announcements aswell.
    1.14. There must be a way into your shop. Refer to keypad specific rules for more.
    1.15. No blocking off public areas.
    1.16. The use of Falco's Scripts is strictly not allowed. Anyone found using them will be permenantly banned.
    1.17. Mines are only allowed to be placed to defend your shop/home. Placing them else where is a permanent ban.
    1.18. No creating mazes with props to get into your house/shop/base.
    1.19. Please follow the 'every prop counts' rule.
    1.20. No spamming/advertising in OOC. This includes advertising other servers.
    1.21. No creating invisible props.
    1.22. Exploiting (going outside the map) will result in a permenent ban.
    1.23. Do not continously nag admins. However if they are not doing their job properly, report them on our forums.
    1.24. Do not punchwhore. Punchwhoring will not be tolerated.
    1.25. Using exploits or glitches is unacceptable and will result in a permanent ban
    1.26. Do not create any kind of sky lift or a house in the middle of the sky. The structure you build must be supported.
    1.27. Scamming players is not allowed. (Eg. Setting price of gun lab gun to $1000000)
    1.38. Killing or removing a NPC in anyway will result in instant permenant ban!


    [General: Civilians]
    2.1. You may not participate in any Organised Crime. Please join an underground job if you wish to do so
    2.2. You may not raid.


    [General: Government Officials]
    3.1. You may not be corrupt. Do your job properly or you will be blacklisted/banned.
    3.2. You may not arrest/warrant/kill any player who does not follow server rules. Please report those players to an admin.
    3.3. You may arrest people who do not follow the laws of the city.
    3.4. It is important to follow the NLR as a cop. If you are killed dont go back and arrest them.
    3.5. Do not kill other cops when you are cop.
    3.6. Random warranting will result in an immediate ban. There must always be a reason for it.
    3.7. You may not have money printers.


    [General: Underground]
    4.1. All goods you sell are illegal, police map arrest you if you are caught selling illegal goods to the public.
    4.2. All Underground Jobs may participate in organised crime. (Gangs)
    4.3. Dont not randomly kill another player. If a player asks you in OOC why you killed them, you have to respond.
    4.4. Rebels's and Gangsters may have gang wars.
    4.5. Do not randomly kill the Mayor.


    [Selling Jobs]
    5.1. As a Gun Dealer you may only sell your guns from a shop. You cannot run around selling them on the street.
    5.2. As a Underground Dealer you may sell your drugs on the streets, however you must have a shop to sell other items.
    5.3. Do not give out free guns.
    5.4. You may however roleplay specials (eg. Buy 1 get 1 free)
    5.5. Only use advert for business purposes.
    5.6. No Civilian job may be part of organsised crime! (Gangs)
    5.7. Underground sellings jobs may be part of organsied crime.
    5.8. A gun dealers shop must be easily accessible by the public. Eg. In the main area of a city.
    5.9. A gun dealer has to sell guns. They cannot roleplay another job.


    [Hitman]
    6.1. You may kill people for money. The minimum amount for a hit is $300. Do not sell hits below this price
    6.2. If your are asked on OOC why you killed someone, you have to respond.


    [Mayor]
    7.1. Do not be mayor just to get a high salary. Do you job or you will be demoted permanently from that class.
    7.2. Do not reject all search warrants. Only give a warrant to police who gives you a good reason.
    7.3. Use /broadcast to set laws and announce things. Do not use /advert.
    7.4. If you are taken hostage. You may not reconnect to the server.
    7.5. Are rules of Government Officials jobs still apply to you.


    [Keypad/Doors]
    8.1. There must a way into your shop. This may be through the use of doors or fading doors.
    8.2. If there already mutliple doors going into your shop/house you may block of one of them.
    8.3. You may only have 1 keypad per fading door.
    8.4. There may be a maximium of 2 fading doors per entrance.
    8.5. You may not use the number pad on your keypad during police raids/robbery's
    8.6. Your keypad granted length must be set to allow enough time to be able to get inside.
    8.7. There must be a keypad/button on the inside of your entrance aswell in order for someone to get out.
    8.8. Keypads must be clearly visible next to your door.
    8.9. Keypads may not be invisible.


    [Raids]
    9.1. You must use your keypad/button during a raid. You cannot use your numpad key.
    9.2. If you are the one being raided do not close a door continuously to prevent someone from entering.
    9.3. Do not lock your door right after 'the raider' as opened/picklocked it.
    9.4. Do not unfade your door right after 'the raider' as opened/cracked it.


    [Premium]
    10.1. All rules above still apply to you.
    10.2. You will be have the same punishments if you disobey the rules as guests do.
    10.3. Abusing the grappling hook by going outside the map will be considered exploiting and will result in a ban.


    [Admin]
    11.1. You must still follow all normal rules even you are admin.
    11.2. Do not noclip into people's houses. Only noclip when a issue comes up that needs attention.
    11.3. Do not give out money
    11.4. Do not give out free guns.
    11.5. You must give a reason for banning/kicking.
    11.6. Do not use the menu to give out kicks/bans. Rather use chat commands or console commands.



    These rules can change at any time, and you may be banned for reasons not on this list.
